As a current customer of Pure Clean I contacted them for support with some changes to the account collections and requests for documentation. Ash was fantastic and arranged everything I required quickly even when I kept adding additional requests.

I had trouble making payment on the website. I phoned up to get help, Ash instantly helped me out and even made sure to give me the discount. Quick and friendly customer service. Would recommend!

Good luck if you enter a contract and want to cancel it. they don't respond to emails or phone calls and still send you final demand letters 18 months after cancelling and invoicing you every month although they haven't carried out a single collection.

Avoid this company – ongoing billing after contract termination

We gave Pure Clean Environmental written notice to cancel our contract in November 2024, which they confirmed in writing would end in September 2025. We also sent a formal termination letter by recorded delivery, which was received and signed for.

Despite this, the company continues to send us invoices for months after the contract ended and has now begun sending threatening “final reminder” emails for money we do not owe. We have repeatedly disputed the invoices in writing, but they continue to contact us and demand payment.

This has become harassment, and we are still receiving invoices even though the contract is legally terminated and no services have been provided since. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before entering into any agreement with them.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS! WE CANCELLED OUR CONTRACTS LAST YEAR BUT THEIR DRIVERS KEEP TURNING UP, TRYING TO FORCE STAFF TO SIGN PAPERWORK AND EVEN FORGING SIGNATURES. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!!

First time using Pure Clean. Ash was great to deal with so friendly and professional. It was great to deal with a company where things didn't feel hard work.

After placing an order and paying instantly, they quickly took my money and never contacted about a collection. Beware of this fraudulant company, the ethics and service is disgusting. I have been lied to by Denise, Jo and others, and I'm personally insulted that they are unable or too inept to process a refund for hard-earned money when I haven't received as much as a phone call about booking. Pure Clean Environmental Ltd I will give you another 48 hours to make a full refund; if not this will be taken further.

We recently had two gun cleaning machines installed by Pure Clean and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Ash Johal handled everything seamlessly, from helping us choose the right machines for our needs to arranging the contract quickly and efficiently. Shaquille Fisher carried out the on-site installation and was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout. The machines are exactly what we needed, the pricing was competitive, and the service was spot on. Overall, a great experience – we're very happy customers!

Ash at Pure Clean was extremely helpful in finding a solution for the removal of engine oil from our property. It was something I had no experience with and she was very clear and patient in explaining the procedure to me. They came very quickly dropped and collected the drum on the same day. We are very pleased with the service!
