I set up my policy with them earlier today and spoke to Radu, who explained everything perfectly. He kindly repeated anything I didn’t fully understand until it made sense to me. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I was passed onto this company through the tenancy deposit scheme and they called me and when I answered the advisor was really pushing me to stay on the phone, i told him i couldn't take this call right now and he assured me it would be quick. I confirmed my details and he gave me a cost, I asked if i could think about it and discuss with my partner which he agreed he would send me a quote by email, but then he proceeded to try to set up my direct debit and when i refused he said that they would block me from getting insurance out for 90 days, and questioned why i would want to block myself and harm my rating. I felt like he was threatening me.

The agent was really pushy. Practically forcing us to take the deal and start the insurance right now. Initially the call was very helpful. The guy explained everything and gave me all the necessary details. But by the end when I told him I need some time to discuss this with my partner, and I make a decision later and get back to him. He kept forcing to start immediately. Kept repeating the same thing multiple times. Asking me to explain myself. I don't see why I have to explain myself to him. Would've considered starting with the policy if he wouldn't have forced me to towards the end of the call.

Explained every bit of the policy I’ve taken out with the company in depth which was understood by myself. I recommend this young man when discussing policies and wish him all the best in his wonderful career.

Darren Y has been fantastic with dealing with our exceptional circumstances.
We had some bad luck with tenants pulling out from moving in last minute on numerous occasions, but Darren and Paymentshield were very accommodating and easy to work with, making the insurance aspect of the process pain free.
He was also willing to take many queries and feedback to us so we can make the best decision, which made all the difference with taking out the policy.

I was called back the same day I enquired, it was really easy to get sorted and it only took 15 minutes plus I saved some money without compromising on my cover.

Excellent advice at the time of the quote and no pressure whilst discussions were being had. Once confirmed and proceed with the quote the reassurance provided by the adviser was superb and explanation of the contract was excellent and appreciated.
