I’d strongly recommend this company. I used them just this week for my smoke and heat alarms. The lad who fitted them - Nicolas - was lovely, and the process was quick and easy. I have total confidence in these guys (especially with their 5 year warranty) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Air Shield Alarm. The guys installed this last week and the installation was easy, as agreed and very clean. The alarm system is fantastic. The phone app is so easy yet has total control of all devices.

There are no holes, no wires and all devices are discrete. The battery life is reportedly up to 4 years and you can change them yourself as you can buy them in shops. The hub is Ethernet and WiFi so you should have a Ethernet port free on you router / an access point to get best service. The hub / main box is a slick white gloss unit and may be visible in your main room.

The functionality is great, you can home arm or away arm selecting what sensors are on, you can set times and you have 2 key fobs with buttons ( ideal to give to younger people or family members) you can set some sensors to beep like a door bell on opening ideal for doors, although it dose sound a bit like an off licence door!

The Dahua system is one of the most secure wireless systems available using frequency hopping and anti jamming technology. The brand remains on the USA / UK government black list as they site that the Chinese may be able to access. After having this on my network for 10 days I can confirm after using Wireshark software it is not giving out any info , in fact the only device that do and defo share your private info against your will are USA based one is a smart speaker starting with A and ending with a and the other is a car charger starting with T and ending with a so unless you link your alarm to Jeff’s smart speaker , ( not recommended anyway ) or Elon’s car you are safe !

On price you can buy this system as fitted at £595 your self for around £450. The professional installation and the 2 year warranty is well worth the money! If you need a good new / replacement alarm system in Scotland call them

I contacted yesterday for a quote, received a call back within the hour and appointment made to have heat detector and smoke alarms fitted at lunch time today.
Engineer turned up bang on time, very polite and worked quickly. Explained everything about the detectors, guarantee etc….and not a crumb of mess left when job completed👍

An advert popped up on my social media for Safe Hands Home Improvements regarding the interlinked smoke alarms. As I still needed to get mine done, I thought i'd reach out to them. Shortly after sending a message, Laura called me back and was so friendly on the phone we chatted for ages! She booked me an appointment for the next morning and Nikolas fitted 2 smoke alarms and 1 heat alarm which are all interlinked. He walked me through the features and how to test them etc. Very professional and polite. The whole installation took only 30 mins (probably quicker if I hadn't been chatting so much) and was very reasonably priced at £140 for the three units as well as a 5 year coverage certificate. They have a 10 year lithium battery in each unit so will need replaced then but thankfully no more changing batteries and worrying about hard wired alarms!
I'd highly recommend this company. They do burgler alarms as well as smoke alarms etc.

Had a knock at the door to offer a free quote for a security alarm system, they were so polite and friendly. We were hesitant as we’ve been quoted ridiculous money before for an alarm but being a small business Conar was honest about what we did and didn’t need as well as showing us his customer reviews. I’ve never met someone so passionate about their job and it really reassured us. The system was fitted next day by Declan who was friendly, kind and explained everything checking we were happy where sensors etc where being placed. A great price with no monthly fees and fitted by fantastic team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🙂

Got alarms fitted at my mums house the guy turned up early brought his own ladders and alarms . They were up and running in no time . Brilliant service and price and you can't sell your house without them. I see safe hands are now doing home security.

We had a smoke alarm system fitted by these guys a while back. One of them became faulty so i called them yesterday and by 1.00pm today they had came back and fixed the issue. Now, that's what i call service. 10/10

Would highly recommend getting these heat and smoke alarms installed. Excellent service from start to finish. Conner was very pleasant and after installation which was about 25 minutes, Conner explained about the units and the warranty . Excellent service from phone call to fitting approx 48hrs
