Had interlinked alarms fitted yesterday. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Quick call back after completing online enquiry form. Alarms fitted two days later by Declan, a lovely young man who was very friendly and professional. Fitting took approx 20 mins, good quality alarms and excellent price. Would highly recommend this company.

Can't fault the service or price at all.
Don't get me wrong, I was a bit weary of booking anything from the socials, but I'm glad I did. Lad came exactly when he said he would, fitted the linked deflectors within 30 minutes. No dramas.

What a lovely friendly and polite young man. Conar arrived to install my smoke and heat alarms this morning. He carried out the work very professionally and neatly and took away all excess wrappings etc. He explained everything thoroughly and we had a nice wee chat too. Very reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend this family run company.

If I could rate this company more than 5 stars, I would. The service they provided was exceptional. They installed fire and smoke alarms for us, so we were compliant with the Scottish regulations that came into force 3 years ago. A delightful young man called Connor arrived to fit them. He did a really neat, professional installation and went to great effort explaining how the alarms worked. My husband and I were delighted with with his work. Before he left, I asked Connor to visit my neighbour, who had just been quoted over £700 for the same install, by an unscrupulous local electrician. Connor surveyed my neighbour's house, and astoundingly Connor's quote came in at less than a third of the price! So my neighbour is ecstatic and is going to use Safe Hands Home Improvements too now. I can personally vouch that this is an honest, family run, professional business and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have saved both me and my neighbour hundreds of pounds and renewed my faith in tradesmen.

Would highly recomend this company conor was so friendly didnt wait long at all for them to get in touch or for the alarms to be fitted. Very pleased with the service and happy to recomemd them to family and friends.thanks conor for a job well done

Cannot recommend this company enough! They got back to me within an hour of requesting a call back. Arranged to come out within the week and had the job done in no time at all. Very professional and friendly! They were running a bit late but made constant contact to let me know! Will definitely be passing on their details to friends and family!!!

Conar and his girlfriend came at tea time. Put the alarms up, no mess. He is a very nice young man an so was his girl. Would recommend this company to anyone.🥰
