Insect Complete Dry Dog Food is AMAZING!
Insect Complete Dry Dog Food - Hypoallergenic. This food is amazing!
My dear old boy has always had a sensitive digestive system: his stools have been very soft/runny and he has taken a long time to pass the matter. Since the switch to DARF Hypoallergenic his stools are firm. and he no longer strains to pass insignificant amounts.
The order was processed and dispatched very quickly.

Wanted to try this dry food
Wanted to try this dry food as alternative to raw. Was using kibble but looking for something more nutritious but without the storage space of raw. Love the fact you can get a small sample to see if your dog enjoys before buying a big bag.

Amazing dog food
Amazing dog food, our border terrier loves it, we also use it as rewards for recall. It’s the only food we know she will not get an upset tummy on too.

Update-issue resolved same day--No issue at all with the product, but no free shipping anymore.
No issue at all with the product, I am a repeat customer. However I do have issues with the way the company chooses to charge for shipping.
I usually order 4 bags of product to permit free shipping, but am now told that only 3 bags are permitted so I will have to have to pay £7.99 for shipping, even though I intended to purchase 4, as usual. I called the company about this but were unwilling to make an exception on the shipping charge for regular customers. I left the call with the impression that they are imposing this limit so that the free shipping threshold is not reached.
Now updated to 5 stars following a call from a very helpful manager. Due to low stock, they had put a limit on the amount folks could purchase, but missed the interface with free shipping thresholds. They have now promised to refund the shipping charge, as the goods have already been despatched. Very pleased to have that feedback from them, thank you Sabre.

Easy to navigate through the website, payment is quick and secure, items arrive very quickly an dpacked well and tracking is always giving so I know exactly when to expect my order.
