Equipment in good condition, delivery on schedule, fast response to enquiries - Excellent service

No compassion just greed. I hired scaffolding for a certain day which was fine. They called me to ask if i would take delivery a day earlier which I thought I would do to help them out. The next day I fell off a ladder and was unable to use the scaffold (The day it should have been delivered). I immediately rang them up to say I couldn't use it as I had an accident and that they could pick it up. They said they could get it next day after we discussed keeping it for the week hire period but I wouldn't recover in time. At no point did they say I would lose all my money. A week later they asked if I had finished with the scaffold even though they collected it. When I asked if I still had credit they said no and basically took all my money. I thought they would just take for the delivery charge. In short They took all my money and I didn't use their scaffold, I helped them out by receiving delivery earlier and they shafted me. As a tradesman, I thought I'd give these guys a chance but will not be getting any future custom from me.

Further to their reply below. I would have been happy if they had given me a 50% charge for this hire with a view to me hiring in the future at full price for the job I still need to complete. At the end of the day they had 6 days to rehire the scaffold that I didn't use.

Next day delivery meant I could just wait for a spell of fine weather before ordering, and everybody who asked me about the scaffolding when it was up said how reasonable they thought the price was. It actually saved me hundreds of pounds that I would have had to spend on a contractor to fix my gutter. Excellent service.

I booked my order Sunday and in their website say 24 hour delivery service witch paid for delivery and collection £12.50 each
Monday I received text message from sab supply that they dont have the Scaffold tower it in there depot it will be delivered Tuesday morning
Tuesday morning I received another text say sorry the Scaffold tower is missing some part and they can't deliver it today they made me pay for the person that doing my job for 2 day and the Scaffold tower didn't arrive
I called them if the can deliver it Wednesday the lady that answered the phone said they will try to deliver it Wednesday
I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone do they full of lies and they ad in their website fake waste of time and money

Can’t fault the company, delivered a great piece of kit when they said they would, and picked it up when they said they would.

SAB sub contracted the hire of a tower to HSS. Delivery was a day late to start with. Website states if you want to end contract early then just tell them and they will get it collected as long as you give 48hrs notice. Told them on the Tuesday to collect Thursday as we would be away from early Friday morning to which they said okay! Thursday pm I get a text from HSS to say they cannot collect. I contact SAB to inform them that the tower had not been collected and that they would have to wait until today (Friday, 1 week later) to which they once again agreed. The Friday that we were away I received a text to say they would be collecting on the wrong Friday between 12:15 & 12:30. I received the text at 12:13!!!
So today has arrived, Friday the collection day and guess what? They cannot collect again!! It's a bank holiday weekend now so I am stuck with this again.
Since first writing this review I have now found out that SAB is just a 'middle man' and they sub out all orders as they do not have any equipment themselves!! Beware

Ordered a 6.2 m platform for a job no tradesman would to take. Tower went up very easily ( instructions online). Very stable which allowed excavation of masonry and replumb. Well exceeded expectations in every possible way. Delivery and pick up great too. Wholeheartedly recommend and would be my go to henceforth.
