Sab supply gave a fast reliable service, also contactable by phone or email.
Would use again as they are reasonably priced too.

Horrendous company to deal with. Guy on the end of the phone unfortunately got the brunt of it.

Scaffold tower for agreed week, had a girl call the day before end of week to agree collection. Organised for Friday. No collection by end of the day, called up to find out what was going on to be told that the driver had been but could not see the scaffold ( on the end of the drive in a cul de sac, next to the road!) . Was told the GPS shows the driver in the area however he couldn't tell me what road the driver used due to the gps bot being uploaded to the system until Monday.... (.so how did he see the gps to begin with).

Was then told they would try arrange a Saturday delivery, got a message Sat morning to say confirmation of collection that day, moved the scaffolding back onto the drive, several hours later, another message to say they would collect the scaffolding Monday.

Joke of a company, don't waste your time, there's a reason they're cheap!
Do yourself a favour and use local scaffold hire, they might be a bit more expensive but they are organised and are helpful.

Overall the service from SAB was good and the staff who took my calls were helpful and polite. Problem was establishing delivery slot time which was advertised as being available to check from 8a.m on the day. Took four hours and multiple calls to both SAB and the company they had booked trying to find out. Arrived at job during last call only to find it had actually been delivered hours earlier!

From ordering to collection, kept informed. Delivery and collection person was very polite and helpful

All round good service … there was an issue with the original delivery date (my fault) but this was rescheduled without a hitch. The contractor sent up to date messages with the expected delivery time and was flexible with where the scaffold was dropped.. very pleased 😀

Excellent experience, arrived on date required with a pre message with eta first thing in the morning of delivery. The tower itself was complete and with instructions and I received a pre pick up phone call to confirm I had finished with the tower . Already recommended to others and will use SAB again in the near future.

Brilliant service, could not be faulted from the website, price, delivery info and the actual driver who delivered and collected without fuss.

Did not collect scaffolding and no response from company to resolve. I had to contact hire company directly to resolve and arrange collection. Waited in all day. No apology or acknowledgement of email.

SAB supply were really good first time we had used them and I had concerns with it getting used on our customers job but SAB where excellent, driver who delivered it was very polite and had time to help. Will be using them again soon. Carl horizon exterior cleaning.

Well organised from SAB. Local supplier missed collection notification. Tower supplied has described but needed some attention to wheel locks.

They just sub contracted it to Brandon Hire. Tower turned up 3 hours later than promised. One week later on the day I'm expecting it to be picked up, I receive a text saying it will be picked up 10am but no one turns up. I phone SAB at 3pm and they say there are no drivers available that day even though I got the text message and no one could be bothered to tell me. A whole day wasted waiting in for them.

SAB would then lecture me about how I'm responsible for the tower left on the kerbside (as requested by them) for the next few days whilst they don't pick it up rather than be proactive and try and sort a collection driver out.

I call Brandon Hire myself and I'm promised it will be picked up before noon the next day. I also get a text the next day saying it will be picked up between 11am and 1pm.

Does it get picked up on time? Of course not. Does SAB update me? Of course not. They expect you to stand outside making sure no one steals the tower until they finally pick it up. A driver eventually turns up 29 hours after the original pick up time.

In the end I called Brandon Hire 7 times myself to get this sorted. What is the point of paying SAB when they do nothing to help and just take the money? Might as well pay the extra £5 hire cost and deal with the local hire companies yourself. The little saving with SAB is not worth the stress.

As a painter and decorater I have used this company over the last 2/3 years ( mainly for towers ) and have found them to be very reliable with a great range of products. Easy to navigate and order online.

Bloody useless company. I hired from them and everything went well. This time they delivered the scaffolding on right time, but did not pick up for two weeks and kept sending sms to say they will come today, as it was an empty property, I had to go there every day and then nobody turns up

Easy Booking process and fast delivery. Great communication throughout.
