Helpful staff, extended my hire with no hassle

After paying for a tower and ladder I was then informed they didn't have the one I ordered. We changed the order to one they said had in stock, only to be told they didn't have that either in any of their London depots. It took about a week to receive back the deposit. Not very good.

We hired some scaffolding a small tower I spoke with a gentleman called Mike who was one of the managers at Sab very helpful on what and how we were to erect it and what to do what we needed and all that it was subbed out to Speedy Hire who were also extremely helpful the driver was charming and a really good laugh highly recommended would use again

delivered on time. extended hire arranged. phone call check prior to pick up. very efficient.

SAB supply is my go to company for working at height equipment. Good pricing, variety and delivery has been spot on.

Instruction was given for the tower scaffold to be collected on Friday 15/11/24
It was only collected today, Tuesday 3/12/24
It has been very embarrassing having to pacify my client

Arrived when they said, no hassle to extend hire.

Good communication throughout and reacted to he fact that I had ordered the wrong equipment. Corrective action taken.

An excellent company. Easy to order excellent customer service. The scaffold tower I ordered is so good and very safe. I am 68 years old and have bee painting upstairs windows on a tall house. I recommend this scaffold tower

Really simple process. Book online. The delivery driver called me with notice and helped unload the tower. Collection was simplicity itself.

Ordered scaffolding from sab supply this was my first time brilliant customer service and nothing was to much trouble placing the order online was extremely easy and arrived on the agreed date also came nice and early as well and on top of that price was extremely good as well

Appalling service out of pocket due to them not being able to secure the item required with their agents and it not arriving for people to complete work. Manager was very unhelpful would not rate or recommend at all .
