Sold previously by Ryder and Dutton 50 years ago
Excellent communications from Jade, Jenny and Michaela, and anyone else who may have contributed to the sale of mum's house.
Slightly disappointed that the original sales advertisment that I produced for when mum and dad bought the house from Ryder and Dutton exactly 50 years previously, was not used in their marketing of the property.
The only real reason why I chose these above all the other estate agents.

Recently had house up for sale with Ryder & Dutton Royton. They came out valued it, took photos, put it on the market and had viewings and offers that’s been accepted all within a week. Purchased a house in Feb.
Process was quick, Michaela chased a lot of things for us which was very helpful. Being first time buyers, Michaela was able to explain the process to us which was well received. Great communicators, kept asking for updates from our side and sellers side to progress things quickly. No complaints!
