From the initial valuation we felt we were in professional hands. Oliver from the Royton branch was enthusiastic, honest and professional. He explained everything in great detail and instilled us with confidence.
The photographer was absolutely brilliant, again professional and confident.
From there Michaela contacted us to introduce herself , then contactless kept us up to date regarding viewings.
Once the property sold ( Which it did within a matter of days), Michaela constantly kept us updated with progress such as proof of funds / solicitor updates etc.

When the challenge of our buyers needing to move quicker than expected came, again Michaela was super supportive in ensuring everyone was updated and ready in time - she went over and above.

Jade and Michaela were very patient with us throughout the process and very understanding to our situation were very great full to them.

Michaela and Amaarah at the Royton branch were pleasant and helpful. Michaela was kind to my Mum who was trying to move house, in her 80's, to another county. They supported her with paperwork when she couldn't manage with on-line tools. The sale fell through 3 times before it eventually completed so it must have been frustrating for all involved but they never expressed their frustration. R&D work closely with Carters solicitors based in Delph. It felt like R&D communicated more effectively than the legal team, which left a bit to be desired.

I have been acting on behalf of an elderly friend who inherited his sisters house and used Ryder & Dutton - Royton branch to facilitate the sale. I have to say from start to finish, the experience was very straight forward and more importantly the communication between myself and the staff at Royton was second to none. Queries were answered very quickly and they progressed the sale as quickly as possible keeping me updated every step of the way. Our Ryder and Dutton experience was great, however we unfortunately didn’t close on a deal. Through not fault of the agents.

The estate agent at the Oldham branch, Ammaarah looked after us throughout out our negotiation period. Ammaarah tried her upmost come to an agreement that worked for us and for the sellers, she arranged last minute viewings and was available for us to contact at any time. This became a very stressful time for us but Ammaarah supported us throughout and updated us continuously throughout.

Unfortunately the sellers had a change of heart at the very last minute and decided to take the house off the market. Devastating news for ourselves and as upsetting as that decision was to hear, again Ammaarah took the time to reassure us and relayed that information in the most respectful and professional way.

We are really grateful for everything Ammaarah did to help us and we are hope that Ammaarah is the estate agent that can find our forever home, should we find that with Ryder and Dutton☺️.
