The sale of our property took some time (not fault of the Agent). Catherine was with us every step of the way, supporting us and keeping informed of any developments. Catherine worked tirelessly to chase relevant parties and nothing was too much trouble. Honestly don’t know how we would have got through the last few months without out her! We had our house up for sale with another local agent in Heywood whose performance was quite disappointing. We then moved to RD Heywood and within a few weeks we had a buyer which was fab. We purchased a house through Ryder & Dutton's Heywood branch. Catherine was our primary contact, and she was nothing short of excellent throughout. She kept us up-to-date with everything on our purchase side and was always keen to answer any questions that we had throughout the process.

On a slight tangent, in the later stages of the process, the main point of contact at our solicitors went on maternity leave. Some problems ensued, which involved lost messages between the seller's and our solicitors. Catherine was able to get to the bottom of this, highlight the cause of the delays, which helped to keep things moving along. I'm not sure we'd have completed when we did had it not been for Catherine spotting the problem!

As I'd already mentioned, our primary contact was Catherine, but on occasion, we also spoke with Tom. Despite not being involved in the day-to-day detail (as it was usually Catherine), he was always helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase to be able to answer any questions that we might have had.
