Catherine Salisbury became my move manager after I’d accepted an offer on my property. She is the only reason I’ve given 5 stars, they are all for her.
The agents at the start of the process I found a little unprofessional in the way they didn’t communicate with each other or with myself as much as I feel they should have, maybe this is because there were too many trying to do the same thing at different times.
Once Catherine came on the scene things became a lot more understandable. She went above and beyond her job description, managing to coordinate difficult, stressful issues between my conveyancing solicitors, the buyer and the leasehold management company of my property. I was contacted by her almost daily with updates on the challenging situation. She kept me calm by explaining everything that was happening but remained professional and neutral throughout.

Ryder and Dutton have been great.
Right from the start with Fran Whittle valuing the property and giving her advice.
And then Jenna Henley who handled the sale to completion, who was amazing and is definitely a credit to Ryder and Dutton.
My only issues is the solicitor they advise to use was terrible.

We are in the process of selling my mother in laws house who is in a nursing home. We live 80 miles away and was not looking forward to the experience. However, Ellie at the Heywood branch has kept us informed all the way. The house is SSTC within 2 weeks, above the asking price. I'm very impressed.
