R Woodfall Opticians - East Dulwich Recensioni 

Have been using R Woodfall’s for my children for about 6 years, truly cannot fault them. Was recommended by an optometrist from Lewisham hospital as he said that large chains don’t have the same level of care and he couldn’t have been more right. From the knowledgeable and friendly receptionists to the opticians themselves my children’s needs have always come first and I cannot recommend them enough. The past few months my daughter has been using lenses and the contact lens specialist Richard has been so patient and attentive, my son now can’t wait to get some! Honestly don’t go anywhere else, I’m not one to write reviews but I really feel it’s important to spread the word about R Woodfall and all the lovely staff there!

A really thorough eye test by a friendly optician with plenty of explanations made the annual visit a pleasure.

I had a very thorough eye test. The optometrist was patient and caring. She was informative. I felt well cared for.

Lovely glasses, lovely staff who are happy to help you choose what glasses suit you best. Very happy and helpful if you need tweaking- however many times to make sure your glasses fit comfortably. Also very quick service- new glasses arrived in a week.

Had to wait 25 minutes to be seen, so had to return to finish my appointment but Annie is fantastic.

I was very impressed with the care I received at Woodfall. As well as my regular annual eye test, I also opted for two scans (which I understand are a new option for customers) to enhance knowledge of eye health and identify any underlying concerns. The optician took time and care in explaining the results in a way that I could understand. I was given sensible advice about glasses, lenses etc with no pressure to buy any particular products. All staff were welcoming polite and helpful.

The opticians and reception staff are not only professional but very friendly. Eye and contact lense checks are very thougher and your questions are, reassuringly, adequately answered. The costs of their services match the very high quality they provide.
I would confidently recommend this optician to other people.

Rated excellent because all staff were helpful and knowledgable especially the care I received regarding around my eyetest taking into account my family history and high eye pressure. I feel assured and satisfied that I have had excellent care.
