On the Road to Success
Search on line for qualified sticker vendors brought me back to "RustyPod" several times. I liked their ability to show helpful imagining of the expected products. The pricing was in line with a premium product and that is what they delivered. Their commitment to correcting minor hiccup of lack of transfer sheet was professional and on point. The final review process was thorough and made decision making easy. The application process was clearly lay-man friendly with the help of You-Tube videos of their work. I was a success because their product was a success.

Decal did not adhere to truck door and customer services solution was for me to repurchase another decal set. I DO NOT RECOCOMEND RUSTPOD DECALS for outside use......The look nice but if they don't stay on the door what use are they?

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding.
The issue with your decal not adhering properly is due to the surface it was applied to not being smooth enough. This type of surface condition falls outside of our warranty coverage, as proper surface preparation is essential for decal adhesion.
Are we willing to provide warranty support? Absolutely — we’re always ready to send a free replacement. However, it’s important that the surface is properly prepared before application. Otherwise, if the decal peels off again, the same issue will occur and you'll understandably be dissatisfied — yet it would still be due to conditions not covered by our warranty.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you decide to proceed with a replacement under the proper conditions.

Very impressed with the product
I purchased three decals on two separate orders, and I am so pleased with the service and the product. I have gotten many compliments on the signage on my restored 1951 White dump truck. The entire process from selecting, customizing, ordering, and shipping went exactly as they describe. As I understand it, the ordering and designing are done in the US, and then the actual production is done overseas.. Vietnam?... so that explains the extra shipping time as described. If I ever need more custom decals, I am going with Rusty Pod!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the color issue with your recent order. We would like to clarify that we used the exact design file you approved before production. However, we would like to explain that there can always be some variation between the colors displayed on digital screens and the colors printed on the final product, regardless of the printing technology used. These variations may result in the printed color being lighter or darker than expected, especially with special colors such as the one you requested.
This is a limitation of current printing technology, and we sincerely hope for your understanding regarding this unavoidable circumstance. Achieving a perfect color match is only possible with continuous adjustments on specialized equipment, which is not always feasible in standard production.
