After not receiving my order for quite some time, I asked for a refund and they sent one right out. A couple weeks later I did get my order at no charge. The decal was very nice, however, it seems they outsource their printing. I give them 4 stare for custo mer service and quality product, even so it took an unreasonable time to get my item

I would highly recommend this place for your decal needs. They are more involved in big decals than small ones but they seem to be very great quality.

Love the graphics! Great communication took a little while to get but was so happy when they made it. Would definitely use rustypod again. Keep up the good work

Great communication. I sent a picture, they sent a proof. I requested a change and they did it. Very fast responding. When my package was stuck in the mail, they helped me with that. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I ordered some decals for my truck and didn't specify the colors. The standard colors did not show well on my truck and I reached out to Rustypod to see what we could do to fix this. They instructed me how to change the colors of my design and provided a discount for my new order! I really could not be happier with their service and the product I received.

I had been doing research into getting a custom decal and t-shirts for my VW Beetle. Worked with Rustypods and the crew on exactly what I wanted made some changes and bam. I am completely satisfied with the decal and the t-shirts. So much so I ordered more. Customer service is great and helpful with all aspects of my order. Can't go wrong with Rustypods

The delivery was very slow due to UPS sitting on it in Pennsylvania for a couple weeks but Rustypod was great figuring it wasn’t make it so they sent another one and even made an adjustment to my original order. Just today a second one finally showed up.
I’ll have to contact Sara to see what we should do about that.
My opinion…Good people 👍🏼

There were helpful in the design of the door art and we’re open to corrections. I was very satisfied with the product and it was actually pretty easy to apply even though mine was in four separate pieces for each side.

Was a little wrinkled and all wording should have came off as one not separate lines

After purchasing a product from vendor, i waited for over a month to hear the first purchase was lost by mail. Second one then was sent suprisingly from Vietnam. That one arrived, but the stickers quality was not that great, and the stickers were not even. Other side of the tank sticker kit was off almost 5 centimeters. the explaing to this was that text needs to be alligned. Nothing like this was explained in the web-page. If i knew this i would not have ordered the stickers in the first place. Now i need to remove the stickers, and probably ruin the paint to get refunds. Customer support works better than the stickers. They offered me to make new ones but i need to pay postals for that. Cant really recommend this company, so please think twice before ordering or at least make sure you know all the facts of the product you are ordering. Customer service works ok thou.

Every time I contact Rustypod, a Woman named Sarah goes out of her way to check all of my requirements for the decals that I am looking to have custom made, She makes great suggestions to make the decals look better and how best to request the decals to be manufactured for ease of application to my Vehicle. Manufacturing is is done promptly and delivery is always on time. I would certainly recommend Rustypod to anyone looking to have custom made decals made of very high quality materials and that are easily applied to your vehicle. I’ve had several different sets made and I’ve been satisfied every time.
