First time order today. Chocolates are nice - can’t fault! They arrived intact and cold despite the heatwave too! Thank you!
I must agree with the comments for improvement ideas though…. . Each chocolate is smaller than the standard I see elsewhere and the packaging makes the experience less luxurious. Was hoping for a resealable bag especially as stored in the fridge to avoid falling over/out. Packaging just feels thin to. I’m not normally fussed about packaging but I think for the price point and luxury nature of this service, I’d expect a little more… luxury. Very nice overall though and I would consider ordering again as a treat one day. Thank you!

This is my first experience of this company. Their chocolates are little morsels of delight. They came in the hot weather with their own cool bags,which impressed me. I totally get that because of their ingredients that they have to be kept in the fridge, but I don’t like cold chocolate so I have to wait a bit. That’s a first for me to actually have to show restraint🙂
Bars of chocolate would be great one day,what a treat that would be.
I think people have said they are quite pricey. Decent chocolate with quality ingredients will cost more. I’ve stopped eating rubbish with palm oil.I may not eat as much chocolate now, but when I do I know it’s the good stuff.

Absolutely AMAZING chocolates!!!
Also the best customer service ever as well. I was lucky enough to try their newest flavours which was strawberry and white chocolate and I don't even like white chocolate, but I have been won over for sure! The customer service was simply perfect and so generous giving me a bag of the new flavour with my order for free! I really recommend this company as all mainstream chocolate is awful nowadays. This company is providing REAL Chocolate made perfectly.

Would I buy it again...maybe not.

The chocolate is not as tasty as the packaging is. I expected a slightly bit more from the flavour point...with all the promotion on social media and the price. My first impression of keeping the extra dark chocolate in mouth is sourness. Then milk chocolate tasted slightly like caramel.

I think the chocolate itself is good quality, but my experience with ordering wasn’t great. I found it difficult to choose flavours, especially when using the “build your own” option. There didn’t seem to be enough variety, and some flavours I was hoping for (like strawberry or more creative combinations) weren’t available.

The website also felt a bit unclear and not very easy to navigate, which made the whole process more frustrating. I expected it to be simple to customise a selection, but in reality it wasn’t straightforward and I struggled to find what I wanted.

I got a 3 pack that included the limited edition Cornish Dream - this was my favourite one, but they all tasted amazing.
Reasonably priced and I've just ordered again.

I ordered these domes of delight just before we had our three days of Summer this year. I received an email saying that delivery might be delayed owing to the hot weather. A really lovely touch from a company that clearly has a passion for their product and wants their clients to have the best experience when consuming. Pretty impressive.
The chocolates themselves are superlative. Beautifully tempered shells with unctuous fillings. Advice is to keep refrigerated and this results in a lovely snap.
Chocolates are wonderful but customer service is outstanding also. They really do go above and beyond! I am customer for life now!

Very nice chocolates but extremely expensive for the price.
The quality of the chocolate is obvious and the milk chocolate ones are as chocolate should be.
The strawberry and cream ones are true to the flavours but very sweet.

The chocolates themselves are really too small. If they were normal sized ( think Black Magic 1970's size) and maybe 50% - 75% more in the packet then I'd buy more. But really, delightful as they are, definitely not value for money.

These are without doubt the most luscious amazing chocolates I have ever had. They are worth every single penny and don’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family!!

Having previously worked our way through most of the different flavours offered by R&A we decided to try one of the Milk/Blonde Easter eggs.

Delivery was very quick and the egg was worth every penny.

I'm always happy to pay a little more if I know I'm getting something quality, and that's very much the case here.

Ridiculously creamy and didn't taste claggy or artificial.

No palm oil either which is of course a massive bonus.

My 3 bags of chocolates arrived today..2 days after ordering...im always a little nervous of ordering anything based on an advert but saw the dragons den pitch and thought id try them.

I find buying chocolate now difficult( I love chocolate!!) as ive found the tastes have changed over the years( different recipies?) So my choice is now really limited.

These chocolates are amazing and I would recommend them..the one with the passion fruit filling is fab.
I imagine this is a difficult industry to break into..and yes the chocolates are a little bit more expensive.. but not excessive and well worth paying that little bit more..

I recently seen a video of them making real chocolate. Fresh chocolate and thought to myself that it can’t be real. Believe me. The taste is something else. It’s amazing.

Very nice chocolates but come on! The cost is ridiculously expensive.

The quality is obviously in the chocolate and you taste it with the very first bite. However it would be wise to savour that first bite because the chocolates are so small and minute that you hardly get a second bite unless perhaps you are a hobbit or an elf. A big disappointment considering the cost. The advertising suggests a reasonably sized bag containing 12 decent sized chocolates but the reality is a bag not much bigger than the palm of your hand and 12 tiny morsels of nectar therein. Rather unfortunate!!!

I ordered the salted caramel chocolate and it surpassed my expectations. It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering more to try the other flavours.

I have looked at these chocolates for a while and took the plunge. Four packs @£7.99 each plus postage. So about £35 in total. My expectations were high.

First ones I tried were the salted caramel. I don't like dark chocolate which was not evident when choosing these. They are coated in dark chocolate before you hit the milk chocolate and salted caramel bit. But nothing special no wow factor.
Second ones were the hazelnut ones. 12 small chocolates and nothing special. Too small to have impact.
Got two other bags in the fridge, but up to now they are just small bags of expensive chocolates and nothing special.
Sorry guys. Won't be repeat buying. Chocolates are too small, and too expensive and nothing special.
