1 star for sending me a “write a review email”. Leave me alone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order never came and must have sent a dozen emails with no response.

Everything arrived and in great condition. Only issue was there is not really support to talk to and my tracking number showed delivered to France, 2 days later it was at my door. Everything is good though. Seller can be trusted.m 100%

Originally wrote a bad review, order #300005199, I assumed this was seen and not too long after I received my order. Still concerned about the lack of communication because I wish I knew they where dealing with my case, but all sorted now and will definitely use again for all my Russian medicine needs.

Do not trust this website. They ship products from Russia and due to sanctions you will never receive it. They do not respond to emails.

Do NOT buy from this company, try others out there, there are plenty.
I ordered a package that got stuck in Russia on Dec 30th, have reached out to support via email and messenger, but have not been given a response, refund, or a new package.

I paid directly and now I get emails saying that no payment has been received yet. Although I have a payment confirmation. There is no response to emails or chat.

I have used rusmedicines before with no problems.
However, this time has been nothing but trouble.
I opted to pay via bitcoin for the first time, eventually at the 2nd time of asked finally got it work.
And got the transaction success page screenshotted etc.
Anyway, then I get messages saying I haven’t paid.
I reply with the evidence that I have.
Then I hear nothing, so I raise a ticket…
No reply….
I escalate the ticket…..
Still no reply. Order is stuck on processing……
I can only assume that the site has now turned into a SCAM.

The order was properly paid, the payment is confirmed, it stays stuck on processing no one answers at the customer service or sent tickets, this is clearly a scam do not buy anything here no matter what

Treatments are efficient and we received it without problems

Don't order by them now, since tensions have arisen between Russia and western countries, packages are getting retained by Russian customs, so if you live in a western country, you'll surely never receive your package.

Haven't received a parcel. Tried to contact. No response.

I ordered something around 6 months ago. They told me they don't have the product but could send an analog; I asked them multiple times to tell me what analogs they have in store so I could decide which one they could send me, or to give me a refund. No response ever since.
Customer support needs to improve. A lot.

Terrible service, the product I bought never arrived, but they also do not take responsibility, they do not give refunds and even worse, they do not respond to any type of communication, if you do not want to lose your money, never buy here

Quite fast delivery of a very expensive fake product. I don't recommend this shop.

I have got every stuff I ordered. I will buy again.

Really good service. Good communication and helpful when I needed to change the delivery address at last minute. Products I've received have been the genuine article. Delivery time is responsible and items are well packaged. Will be using them again
