Made a rather large order of my family’s favourite K-beauty products. Wasn’t expecting same day delivery but that’s exactly what I received. Such a pleasure and pleasant surprise! Items arrived in excellent condition. No errors and no worries! So happy to have access to my favourite products in Lanka without having to deal with customs, delays, taxes and the usual wrinkle causing migraine inducing drama with online shopping.

Wonderful service! My package was delivered free, few hours after placing my order they sent it within the same day! The customer service was wonderful. They replied to my messages very quickly. First time shopper's experience
I had an amazing experience. Since I'm going to be travelling I was looking for travel size korean skincare products. I wasn't able to find my usual in any other place but was so elated to find them all in Run Rabbit. They had a good variety, I received my goods in 3 working days with no damages. They gave me a clay mask as a free gift. Definitely recommend this store and will shop again!

Fake products
BOJ sunscreen and COSRX Advance snail 92 cream are on my order. I received FAKE ITEMS. I used the original before placing an order on your website; the texture and scent are completely different. The original has no scents at all. And because we are paying you correctly, please refrain from treating your customers in this way. My original sunscreen is still with me, which is why I ordered from you because I trusted your company and knew my creams would eventually run out. But initial impressions aren't good. I'm not happy at all.
