Good system, just needs better fitting instructions
Arrive within time scale, but fitting instructions were very poor. I did contact the company & they were more than happy to help my kitchen fitter, but he didn’t want their support, so just hope it’s fitted ok.

Right on track
The runners are great, very good quality, and instructions clear - the team I spoke with were always helpful and human, especially when the delivery company repeatedly messed up. Somehow the screws for the runners were not included and it would have been useful to have included an appropriate alum key and small spanner (maybe they were in the missing screw bag?) But for that it would have been 5 stars

Hi Adam, many thanks for your fantastic review. In relation to the 2Slide, please note that fittings aren't included because we don't know the thickness and weight of the panels used for your project. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Quick and simple delivery process including 4 metre long items - even to the Isle of Wight. Can be impossible with some companies so this was much appreciated.

Recent purchase for cabinetry
We recently purchased a sliding door system for some cabinetry we manufactured. Sliding door systems are my pet hate as they're normally either over complicated, poor quality or over priced.
This was my first experience of Runners sliding systems but its now my go to company. Everything was great. The customer service when I called for an enquiry, the price, the ease of the system and it glides so well. It made manufacture and the installation enjoyable.

Would have been 5 stars
Would have been 5 stars, but a couple of runners were missing from the original delivery.
However, it was sorted out very quickly, and without argument.
The goods were well packed and all arrived undamaged.

This product would have had 5* but the fixing screws sent to actually fix the runner weren't at all suitable. For the price, you expect to have to purchase nothing further. The actual runner is super snazzy and looks amazing.

Thanks Brian for your great review! We're sorry for the slight issue with dispatch, as standard we try and and dispatch same day as the order, and have put an internal procedure in place to ensure this does not happen again.
