Having had a pair previously I ordered an additional set. They were lost by the courier. No fault of RunPods who were fantastic in sending out a second pair straight away and, rarely these days, were great with the comms. Thanks Megan.

Great customer service but cheap pods.
The pods do not work with Garmin Watches as the blue tooth in the pods is of poor quality and drop out all the time. The pods are also of poor quality and not worth anything near what you pay. The only reason I have given three stars is because the customer service was good.

I bought Runpods but they were too…
I bought Runpods but they were too large for my ears and fell out. Runpod exchanged them for the Runpods Mini which are great. Good service from Megan at Runpods and I'm happy with my new headphones

Fast delivery and great customer service. The minis are perfect for my little ears. I returned the regular sized runpods at an Evri drop off shop where I was given a receipt. I received email confirmation that they had been received the next day and then the refund was processed. Very smooth service. Thank you.

Easy to use website. Great offer and good delivery time.
Regular communication from the company about the order and even after receiving my delivery.
Product I ordered (Runpod Pro) works excellently. I wanted earpods for running and these fit great even though I wear glasses, never moved at all on a 5K run.
Highly recommended.

Impressive aftercare following a minor fault
So I ordered a pair of Runpods Air which arrived within 2 days. On trying to connect this morning, to my phone, there was a fault with the right pod. It wouldn't power up, no matter what I tried.
I followed all the connection issue instructions, but still nothing.
So by using their online chat service (a tad slow initially), i got my issue communicated and a brand new set, on way immediately.
I asked if they could be PDI'd beforehand, and they said, this would be done.
Pretty impressive and quick to resolve the issues. Just waiting on my new set to arrive and be put to the test.

Fantastic customer service and products. I ordered the Airpods and they arrived well packaged via Evri within a few days. They were for my daughter but unfortunately they were too big so I emailed customer services and a lady called Mel replied straight away. She offered me a refund or to send me the mini version to try. Again they arrived within a few days. My daughter is delighted with the minis as they are designed for smaller ears and are a perfect fit. She tested them before putting them away for Christmas and they sound great. Will definitely buy from Run Pods again. Thank you.

Bought the RunPods Mini for my first…
Bought the RunPods Mini for my first organised 5k Forest run. It literally poured down with rain and yet my RunPods stayed in position perfectly ! Extremely comfortable and the ONLY earphones that have ever fitted a smaller ear like mine! Kelly is amazing for after customer service … friendly and very helpful. Great customer service 🙂 The customer service with this company…
The customer service with this company is superb. My recent purchase of these earphones would not connect to my phone, they did at first but after a while kept losing the connection. After contacting the company and doing some troubleshooting test with them, they agreed to send a new pair. I'm just waiting for them to be delivered so that I can enjoy using them.
