Adequate fulfillment of expectations.
The thing that the company did well was sort me out with a nice bag for travelling at an affordable price, and delivered in a timely manner. Honestly, what more could I possibly want than fulfilling the transaction adequately? The item was as depicted on the website, so no unpleasant surprises. No extra freebies, either. In my opinion this is a plus because I do not wish to fill up my space with unnecessary extras that I was never hunting for in the first place.

I wanted an Osprey Daylite 26+6L bag.Run2free was the only place ce that had them on stock at a reasonable price. Delivery from the USA was 8-14 days, the bag arrived on the 8th day. Kept well informed of the order, excellent tracking. Really happy with the whole transaction.

Bought 3 x Osprey Fairview 70 backpack (women’s fit). Big backpack is very practical and spacious. Very comfy to wear - I’m 5ft 3in.
Delivery took a while, as advised, but very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered Brooks Caldera 8 from 13 March 2025. Delivered today at 24 March 2025 to Malaysia by ECMS from China. The shipping 10-15 day is also good to give trust to. Item is genuine, guaranteed. Just a little torn box and dents, it's okay at the fair price.

Excellent prices. Delivery does take a bit longer - appears to be sent from China - but timescale stated was not unreasonable and shoes arrived within ETA. Would recommend!

Excellent service from Run2free. Delivery took around 9 days but that’s what I expected and the timeframe was made clear when ordering. I am delighted with the trainers and am a very happy customer. I would thoroughly recommend Run2free and would definitely order from them again.

15 days and still no shoes…until now
15 days and still no shoes…. Delivery failed with no explanation as to why at that point and said I can re-arrange a new delivery at an additional cost…..
I finally got my shoes, I had to pick them up myself as Aramex are a very poor delivery service company….. Run2Free did communicate regularly with me and did try to help resolve the delivery issues

1. You selected a shipping method that indicated a delivery timeframe of 7-14 days. Your order was placed on January 28, and today, February 10, marks the 13th day.
2. I understand that the courier was unable to deliver initially because no one was home. You will need to use their online portal to rebook the delivery. While they mention a potential fee, I genuinely believe that they won’t charge you. If they do, please rest assured that we will reimburse you.
3. We’re always here to help facilitate communication between our customers and the couriers. However, reaching out to the courier directly can often lead to a quicker resolution for re-delivery.
Thank you for your understanding, and please let me know if you have any further questions or need assistance.
Excellent value if not in a rush
I ordered a coros running watch from run2free that was £50 cheaper than anywhere else. Not the fastest delivery times as it seemed to be shipped from Hong Kong (to uk) but it does say 10-15 days delivery and mine arrived in 14 days.
