I had a problem with the delivery

I had a problem with the delivery; FedEx delivered to the wrong address! I called RugStudio; not ONLY did a person pick up the phone, but she was able to pull up my order and said that they would ship me out a new rug ASAP!!! Luckily, the person who received my rug reached out on FB, and I was able to pick it up at their house. It was wonderful dealing with this company, and they have a very loyal customer. I would very much recommend them - great products, fair prices, and WONDERFUL customer service!

Theothora rug

I have been looking at this rug for 3 years at the other high end stores and I’m so glad I found it here and at one third of the price. Shipping was fast and great customer service.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware: I have taken RugStudio to small claims court to get full refund and free return label! The rug I received was “item not as described” long story short RugStudio takes no accountability at all for rugs not looking anything like the pictures online. Rug Studio absolutely Blames their customers and no where in their policy will they provide a refund of any kind! (Took me awhile to figure this one out)

Awful Experience

Would not buy from this company. Rug is so-so . The delivery process was awful . Took forever to get and shipper was horrible. Will not buy from this company again

Smartstrand fibers pulling out

I bought a Karastan smartstrand euphoria rug because I thought it would be durable. However strands of fiber are coming out. And I dont mean fuzz I mean whole strands. I can pull continuous rows of strands on the ends of the rug. I also have random strands coming out over the entire rug making it look bad. Rugstudio is blaming me and saying I have no warranty case because they claim I am using the wrong type of vacuum......Despite the karastan and Rugstudio warranty/care brochure having no requirement for raised beater bar/suction only vacuum, Rugstudio does not stand behind their product.

Shedding can sometimes occur with rugs, especially during the first months of use, and in most cases, it is a normal characteristic of the fiber rather than a defect. That said, we understand your concerns about the amount and type of shedding you’ve described. We would be more than happy to have your rug inspected by the manufacturer. If the inspection determines that the rug is defective, we will gladly replace it with another Karastan rug at no charge.

In the meantime, we have provided you with our best recommendations for vacuuming to help minimize further shedding, as certain vacuum types and settings can affect rug fibers. While this is not listed as a formal warranty requirement, it is considered best practice to preserve the longevity and appearance of the rug.
We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to resolve this for you. Please let us know if you would like to arrange the return so we can begin the inspection process right away.

Rug has unremovable plastic lock

I ordered an expensive rug from Rug Studio and waited months for the rug which was on back order. When it finally arrived, it had a wire lock on the rug (similar to the anti-theft devices you see on clothing in stores). This could NOT be removed, and their suggestion was "tuck the plastic lock under the rug" or "go buy wirecutters." Not the service you expect from a business selling expensive items, and incredibly discourteous. Never again, and buyer beware.

Hi Karen, I am sorry you received a rug with a wire tag on it. While not all rugs have such a tag, they are generally very easy to remove. However, if you are unable to remove it, we are always happy to pick it up and replace it at no additional charge to you. Please notify our claims department that you wish to proceed in this manner. Exemplary service, beautiful rugs

Have never had such an outstanding experience with any company! Rugstudio really sets the gold standard for customer care and quality of service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the rug; Becky especially was a tremendous help in facilitating an exchange for a different size (she really couldn’t have made it easier!) and was so kind and helpful when I had delivery issues. They could have left me hanging, but their team proactively reached out daily until the matter was resolved with the courier. Truly, you could not find a better company to trust with your rug purchase and will be recommending them to everyone!

Exceptional company!

Let me tell you about this amazing company and getting to work with Becky. I purchased 2 carpet runners by Surya in November 20th 2023. Within a few days Becky from Rug Studio let me know they were on back ordered. Every few months Becky checked in with me and updated the progress of my order. She reached out to the manufacturer a few times trying to get an ETA. She was always quick to respond to my emails. Finally the rugs arrived January 11th 2025. If it had not been for Becky I would have canceled my order. If you are at thinking to purchase anything from this company I would not hesitate! They are truly a wonderful company!!!

Customer Service Team and Rug Samples Rock

I've had a number of experiences with the Rug Studio customer service team and they are fabulous. They are one of the reasons I feel comfortable ordering an online rug from Rug Studio, besides the fact that the rugs themselves are also beautiful and high quality. I appreciate that you can get samples too, since seeing a rug in person is so important. The customer service team bends over backwards to meet your needs and are quick to respond and extremely knowledgable. They clearly put the customer first and are so personable and thoughtful at the same time. I'm so impressed with them. Thank you, Rug Studio!

I highly recommend RugStudio

I highly recommend RugStudio! I recently purchased a large dining room rug from RugStudio, with the help of Becky, their Senior Service Specialist. There were some issues from the maker of the rug we bought, and RugStudio made certain to remedy the issue and make sure we were happy with the quality and delivery of the rug. Becky worked tirelessly to communicate every step of the process, and she was incredibly nice and easy to work with. Buying from a company with such an incredible personal touch is harder to find these days, so when you do find a great company like RugStudio, make sure to shop from them!

Phenomenal Customer Service

I was looking for a 10x14 rug for my living room. I first ordered a 2x3 rug to see if the colors would work. I loved it, so I ordered the large one and a runner. When I received the two rugs, the runner was perfect, but the large one was about two shades lighter. It was not going to work at all. The customer service from Becky was phenomenal! She was so professional and understood what the issue was and immediately made arrangements for the two rugs to be picked up at their expense. I received a full refund. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service, especially Becky!

Impeccable customer service!

It's not often a company's customer service is so helpful, kind, responsive, and actually follows through with something they say they will do so quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend the Rug Studio more and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered two runners for a bedroom

I ordered two runners for a bedroom. Online, the color looked right, but didn't in fact work well with the other colors in the intended location. When I contacted Rug Studio about returning the runners,I received immediate and specific instruction. I had two more occasions to call with questions, and each time, three separate staff in all, my questions were handled efficiently and courteously. The return process was simple and I was notified promptly when the returned rugs were received by Rug Studio, and that a refund had been issued. Such polite and effective service is a treat.

RugStudio's customer service is…

RugStudio's customer service is excellent. I asked a question online and actually got a clear answer from a real person, complete with photos and specs. Rugs aren't easy to buy from a photo alone, so that info made my decision much easier. I have purchased here before and appreciate the store's huge selection and quick delivery.

Customer Service Excellence

I ordered an area rug from RugStudio. It arrived and looked OK but once opened the rug had a big hole in it. I called immediately and was given guidance on what to do and they would schedule a pickup and redelivery of a new rug. After much deliberation I decided not to have a new rug delivered but to just return the damaged rug and get a refund. It has been an amazing experience because of the customer service I received from RugStudio. I was kept up to date with what was happening and what to do. It is sad that in todays world we do not receive this kind of customer service with every company. I will definitely order again from RugStudio and recommend to everyone.

This is my third order with RugStudio

This is my third order with RugStudio. The prices are the best in the industry and their customer service is outstanding.
I still have my first rug that I ordered in my foyer and it stills looks great.
RugStudio is the only place to shop for outstanding value and huge selections of brand name rugs..

Longtime Satisfied Customer

I have purchased a number of carpets (they're too high quality to be called 'rugs'!) from The Rug Studio over time. And have always found the following: (1) their selection--and the depth and breadth of it--is staggeringly good--across styles, materials, price points, countries of origin, and more; (2) their customer service is simply amazing. Want proof? I was considering a carpet once and called their Houston showroom. And asked if they would drag a carpet into the parking lot and photograph it in natural light and email me photos to ensure the carpet was the right color. An email and photos arrived...IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! Seriously, these people and this company is just terrific. I'm purchasing our 4th carpet from them today.
