Great value and a quality product. Great service from David to delivery quickly when busy with warehouse moves!

I contacted David for some scaffold boards to use in our loft. The response was quick and he gave a good price for boards and delivery.
I went ahead and he contacted me to advise of delivery day and time.
David actually delivered the boards to me himself and brought them up to my house.

I reached out to Rugged London recently regarding a shop fitting, and whether they could help supply reclaimed scaffold boards. In turn Rugged London both supplied and fitted the shop. The finish is fantastic thanks to David and his team. Highly recommended

Amazing service from start to finish. I needed 10 boards to make some furniture and shelving, ordered and delivered in 24 hours. I work nightshift but they happily left the boards in a safe place for me rather than disturbing my sleep pattern. Friendly and professional service all round, boards are great too, just what I need for my project.

My husband ordered two boards for us to turn into shelves. When he spoke to the person he ordered them from on the phone, they assured him they would be good quality. What came, was not. When my husband politely explained he wasn’t happy with the quality, he was met without apology and instead told that ‘he’ll have to just burn them then’. Not an acceptable response.
And now not taking responsibility in their reply. Avoid this company.

I placed an order for reclaimed scaffolding boards a week ago, and there were some initial delays in us getting in touch regarding delivery arrangements, which I understand were down to technical issues with their site. However once David realised this, he called me immediately and arranged delivery by Tony the next morning, which I very much appreciated!
The boards arrived today and are dry and decent quality. They have the wear and tear from their previous lives on scaffolds that gives them character, so perhaps not for anyone expecting pristine timber, but they're perfect for my needs.
I much prefer to buy from a small company doing sustainable sourcing of wood over making a trip to the local DIY centre. Thanks again to David and Tony!

I had a brilliant experience with David at RuggedLondon. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right boards as well as other tips on working with reclaimed wood, they were delivered within 2 days and the quality of the product is great. Would definitely recommend and will use them again going forward for any replacement boards I may need!

In my continued dealings with David, I have found him to be very prompt, knowledgeable, exceptionally friendly and accommodating to all of my requirements. All floor boards delivered were of a high quality and from the Victorian period. Above all, the measurements were spot on and they fit the rest of the flooring. I recommend David and Rugged London for all your reclaimed flooring (and other items) needs.
