We initially had a problem booking…
We initially had a problem booking online. The machine we received was damaged. But we did get it returned and the money refunded. Much better experience hiring from Tesco, Osterley. Used Freephone and secured machine straightaway. Return was quick and easy too. Overall good value as well.

The machine was so dirty
The machine was so dirty. I spent a lot of time cleaning it. Has a lot of human hair and pet hair everywhere.
I don't understand why you don't clean it between rentals or at least after a few rentals.
The spin and stain remover spray and the foam are a waste of money.
I am not sure why they cost so much.

The machine was SO dirty
The machine was SO dirty, I'd had to spend an hour cleaning it before I could use it!! It was also missing a rivet on the handle which made it wobbly when drawing it backwards along a straight line.. while it was convenient, the fact that I had to rent it for 24hrs when I would have only needed it for 2-3hrs was also very irritating.. in short, I won't be renting a rug doctor again...

First impression was poor
The machine locker wasn't easy to access with no real advice.
The machine was dirty.
The machine had fluid left inside which made my carpet smell and still does now.

I don't think you have anyone checking…
I don't think you have anyone checking your carpet washers you ask people to return them clean i had to clean the washer I got before I could use it, it was full of dog hair and carpet residue.

Instant fixing
The first machine we picked up was dirty and failed to work properly. We'd used rug doctor before and knew the machines are usually very good. We made a phone call to customer services who instantly offered a second machine which we collected and it was excellent. It was the instant. Fixing of the situation which we found good.
