The hand held didn't work. Would only dribble water. The machine wasn't clean underneath.

Brilliant service. Easy to pick up cleaner and good set of instructions. Great carpet cleaner, I was very impressed.

Very easy to use and did a great job. Was really shocked by how dirty the water was.

Bought the rug doctor spot cleaner and after only a few weeks its leaking loads of water from underneath. Now i have to wait 5 days for it to be collected, then wait for it to be returned to their engineers, then they'll send me out a new one. Why do i have to wait until you receive the old one before you send out the new one? How does a brand new machine brake after only a few weeks???

The Rugdoctor machine was dirty and the additional attachément leaked despite being fitted correctly.

The machine we hired proved to be faulty but one promptly answered phone call to the customer services line got us an immediate replacement and a free extension to our time to compensate for the extra time needed to collect the new one. And the results are brilliant! Carpets like new in no time. Thank you

Cleaned very well, took a little longer than expected to dry even after several passes with ju suction 24 hours until properly dry,over all well pleased

I was having trouble trying to book online, so I rang rug doctor and spoke to a really nice man who arranged for me to collect the machine when I wanted it and the time I wanted it. He made it very easy for me. Thank you.

Its money wasting . Today i booked rug doctor , when i used water tank is not working . And not cleaning the rug . Its really time and money wasting. I am so disappointed.

The booking process was relatively painless, but the quality of the machine was fairly terrible. The machine that I rented was old, beaten up, and, as it turned out, actually very dirty. Upon finishing ‘cleaning’ my black and white rug, I left it to dry overnight. I noticed some darker patches here and there but assumed that they were just bits that were extra damp.

However, it is now fully dry and I can see that there are patches of dark brown filth and grime all over the rug. I can only assume that neither the previous hire nor RugDoctor themselves had cleaned it before it was delivered to me.

Now I’m going to have to pay someone extra to professionally come and clean it after such a terrible quality machine did such a terrible quality job.

Abject waste of time and money. Do not hire a machine from rugdoctor. Get someone to do it properly. It might be more up front but less overall, and you won’t have to waste days waiting for a filthy rug to dry only to have to then shell out even more to have it done properly!

I had ordered the rug doctor and haven’t been able to collect it due to my sister having a seizure. I can’t seem to collect one or even get a refund. Really disappointed
