It was a very welcoming experience to deal in rudraksh with Rudra Samrat. I found the beads to be the same as mentioned in their website. I liked the customised rudraksh mala prepared in red string for me for its look, quality and strength. During my purchase I had talked to the team three times to clear my doubts on various issues and I observed a sense of responsibility and care in their approach. Overall, it is a very satisfying experience to be a part of Rudra Samrat.

I received the Rudraksha in broken and terrible condition, appearing as if it was damaged before being packed. The seller is refusing to accept the return and is behaving very unprofessionaly They are not giving a refund either
After giving the review, they again spoke rudely to me and asked me to remove the review. When I refused, they said "refund or replace nhi hoga apko jaha review dalna h dalte rahe"
