The entire experience ordering at Nepa Rudraksha was amazing. Quality, Customer Service, fast shipping, and the App were all 5 stars. I purchased a 1 Mukhi Savar on a rudraksha chain and also ordered the Rudraksha Prana Pratishtha Pooja. The staff maintained contact and were super responsive. A video of the Rudraksha Prana Pratishtha Pooja was uploaded via the app and the Mala was shipped well within their specified delivery window.

I was so surprised just how quickly and efficiently the item arrived from Nepal to Missouri in the United States. Packaging was phenomenal and I was surprised to find a gift inside that really made the order even more special. I was very excited wearing rudraksha. I searched many websites, many places for authentication of rudraksha and finally I reach at nepa rudraksha. They have rarest beads and available in sizes. Price is obviously high than others but authentication of it and original arun vally, x-ray certificate and Life time garrenty is good for us.

I ordered Rudraksha from NepaRudraksha thinking it is authentic and the best. But it is just opposite. They sent me Rudraksha which is khandit. I asked them and they just refused to accept saying they get their beads checked from a "third" party. And when I tried contacting the customer service for checking it once, they stopped responding. I mailed my review on the site and refused to accept because it was not fulfilling their greedy ambitions. Very poor service and even worse products. Total dissatisfaction.

Quality is good but the prices are too high , I am getting the same quality but at far better prices in india itself so pls check your prices on your web page ... Thanks gaurav khanna
