I have been trying to redeem 135 SC…
I have been trying to redeem 135 SC since 07/19. My account was successfully verified when I submitted my first redemption request.
Since then, RubyChips has cancelled my redemption request 10 times. Each cancellation email has provided only vague explanations, including references to a “technical issue” or instructions to “make sure your account information is correct,” despite my account already being verified.
I have replied directly to the support emails multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. I also contacted live chat support, where I was only told that my request would be “escalated for further investigation.” Despite that, nothing has been resolved.
It’s difficult to understand how a support team can provide virtually no actual support. I am now attempting this same 135 SC redemption for the 11th time.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RubyChips to anyone, and I will not be using this platform again.

I see all the negative comments and makes me think they spent more money then they should have chasing a win, and now there mad at this casino for that. I’m guilty of that as well at times. I however found signing up and verifying very fast and easy. I just submitted a redeem, so will update this review when it gets processed, but so far this casino gave me a good time and no issues so far. Keep up the good work guys!

Nice site, let's see how they handle redemptions
So, great game selection and seems like a really good vip program compared to others. Lost a bunch (nautrually lol) but finally hit a decent amount so waiting on redemption and will update my review based on how that goes. If payout is fast then this might end up being my main site. Will update once I hear anything. 7/21/26
Update: 7/23/26 still waiting on redemption, they did ask for pictures of cards on 7/22/26 so Im hoping by end of day they process my redemption.
Update 7/24/26 still waiting, no emails.

Update 7/25/26 received one redemption out of three. Odd since it was the last one I requested and also the smallest. Still, will give credit. Adjusting review and will update until I'm paid out in full. Positive sign though that they process on weekends
Update 7/26/26 got my second redemption paid out. They must have limits to one per day. Weekend cashouts are a huge plus in my books!

They own a couple other online casino sites and are generally known for not giving you your redemptions.. they cap your redemptions they come up with other stuff. They just close your account. They won’t let you verify.. do not give them a dime. It is an entire scam.
