Excellent work from Rich, he helped us to obtain a party wall award and his advice through all the process was always very professional and prompt.

I contacted Richard for him to complete a survey on the property we were purchasing, he was very quick to get back to us with information and how he could help us. We chose his service as it was the highest level of survey for an amazing price (compared to elsewhere with a lot of market research). He completed the survey on the date he had stated and produced a in depth detailed large report on the property which was very impressive and extremely helpful. I was very impressed with his service and the price he quoted and would recommend him to anyone buying a house requiring a survey

We couldn’t have been more impressed by both the survey and the service provided by RSG Surveyors. Richard spent 8 hours at the property and longer preparing the report which ran to over 80 pages and included detailed photographs and itemised estimated costings for suggested remedial work provided in a logical structured format which will be extremely useful for the structural engineer and builders. Immediately after the survey Richard rang and spent over 1 hr on the phone to me discussing and explaining his findings. There is a clear passion for the work and a high level of expertise and experience with a non defensive plain english approach which was very refreshing. Prompt and easy access for queries and aftercare was exemplary and I know I could ring Richard at any future date if needed further advice. Finally the service provided was very good value for money.
