Very happy with service provided. And follow up visit

Unfortunately the courier company damaged our property on arrival of the container and we are still chasing it up.

Very poor service. Beware of the charges they impose when removing rented containers. When you dispute it, they dig in and argue that you should pay the extra costs. Avoid this company.

Everything went fine, except the container was loaded the wrong way around

Had a container droped off to pack up our furniture. (Royal Wolf contractor). So they had to move it to the right address.

When it was time to have the container removed at the end of the rental, the same contractor was told not to pick the container up around the time the near by school ended for the day. (that's exactly the time the contractor came to pick up the container.)

The contractor damaged the gate. He was in a rush because of all the traffic & children around.

The contractor didn't admit to his management or to us he had damaged the gate.

I reported the damage to the contractor company that afternoon with no satisfaction & had to call the company back to see what they intended to do.

Sara reported it to Michael from royal Wolf townsville the next day. It didn't get fixed untill I called again today. There was no follow up call from Michael to ensure the damage had been repaired or repaired it him self..
We have a two year old lill man & that is what keeps him off the road.

I'm not happy at all & I want a full refund of the transport & hire due to the incompetence of the contractor on two counts, & the royal manager who didn't act on it the afternoon by going to the location to assess the damage & have the damage repaired the next day.
