Great service and customer liaising, always updated as projects progress from collection through to delivery. Would highly recommend for any purchasing or modifications of containers.

Great service from initial contact and good follow up following initial enquiry. The sales person handed over the process after rental commitment was received to local operation. Things went to Plan as discussed and the delivery went as requested and driver was very co-operative and positioned container in exact spot. Highly recommend Royal a Wolf based on my first experiences.

Good communication with Kellie Park - well organised delivery. Only slight issue was the hire commencement 2 months in advance to secure the unit for use in Feb.

My experience of Royal Wolf started positively and I hired a small container for storage for over a year. When it came to the container being removed (taking into account the customer has to pay $300 for drop off and $300 for pick up in advance) was a completely different story. The tow truck driver arrived, partially moved the container onto his flatbed but then had to move his truck so he could get a better angle on the container. On doing so he lifted the rear of the flatbed down and pushed the container back. Upon doing so the container moved back and impacted with the front of my car port causing $1400 worth of damage. I spent weeks trying to get some action taken by Royal Wolf with no response from the Regional Manager NSW/ACT, Simon Tolhurst, until I sent a letter of damage. He simply came back with I've spoken to the driver and he denies causing the damage! (you don't say). I sent a further follow up email and unfortunately Simon Tolhurst responded to a colleague with this "To me this is clearly a set up. I'll talk to Simon on Monday and see how he wants me to handle it". Unfortunately Simon cc'd me into the email also! This matter is now being dealt with by my lawyer

Shane and the support staff were very helpful with arranging the collection of containers at very short, and setting up our account. The rental containers were clean and in excellent condition. Will definitely partner with them again in future.

We were not happy with condition of the container . Talking to the sales person he talked up a better std than what we received.

It has been a pleasure buying from Royal Wolf. There were some real challenges due to external circumstances (floods).
They did everything possible to make the purchase go smoothly.
I would certainly be confident working with them again in the future.

Have had overdue invoice emails to me when I paid over the phone the day I called to buy a shipping container. I called after the first overdue invoice and was told I did pay but you still sent more overdue invoice. I have paid for the shipping container I hope to never buy for you again
