I returned a pair of boots 4 months ago, and ordered a belt. No belt received, and I am still waiting for my reimbursement for the boots. It took a month for customer service to reply, then they said they would process my claim, and now they are ghosting me.
7-Month Delay & No Refund - Systematic Failure (Order #110330)
I prepaid for order #110330 in August 2025. Today, in April 2026, after more than seven (7) months of continuous correspondence, Royal RepubliQ (Aims of Life) has proven entirely incapable of resolving a fundamental commercial issue: I have NEVER received the product, and I have NOT received a full refund.
The management of this case is a textbook example of corporate inconsistency:
- Package Loss & Re-shipment Agreement (December 2025): After acknowledging the loss of the original shipment, the company agreed to an immediate re-shipment to the alternative address I provided.This never happened.
- Continuous Failures (January - February 2026): Zero progress followed. My inquiries were met with the same vague promises of "prioritization" and "immediate settlement," which proved to be false.
- Final Demand & Excuse (March 2026): Having exhausted my patience, I demanded an IMMEDIATE AND FULL REFUND. The company responded that the delay was due to an "irregularity in the transaction settlement" with their third-party payment provider. An internal procedural failure has effectively held my funds hostage for over 7 months.
- Current Status (April 2026): Despite multiple ultimatums, my payment has NOT been refunded.
Conclusion: This constitutes a breach of agreement and a total disregard for customer rights.
I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise extreme caution.
Two orders, five pairs ordered, only two delivered – three pairs missing, no resolution
I placed two separate orders with Royal RepubliQ.
• First order: 2 pairs of shoes ordered, only 1 pair delivered
• Second order: 3 pairs of shoes ordered, only 1 pair delivered
This means 3 pairs of shoes were never delivered, for a total missing value of approximately €450.
I have been in contact with their customer service for months, exchanging numerous emails. Each time, I received vague responses, promises to “check with the warehouse” or “follow up”, but no concrete solution, no shipment, and no refund.
This is not a one-off mistake. It happened on two different orders, which indicates a serious problem in order processing and customer service.
At this point, I am still missing three pairs of shoes and have received neither the products nor a refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
If you expect basic reliability, transparency, and respect for customers, be extremely cautious before ordering.
Worst shipping and customer experience I have ever experienced

Send back a pair of new shoes with damage. After 8 months still no refund. Their excuse, they cannot find them in the warehouse but i have a confirmed receipt of delivery!!! Bad people

Heb eind januari een tas besteld. Heb deze teruggestuurd, maar kennelijk is het pakket onderweg zoek geraakt. Lang verhaal kort, ik wacht nu nog op mijn terugbetaling. Heb al meerdere mails gestuurd en je wordt gewoon aan het lijntje gehouden! Het bedrijf is eind nov 2024 failliet gegaan, heb mijn claim bij de curator ingediend. Koop hier niet, ook niet bij de opvolger, Aims of Life!

Stole over 100 euros from me. RR are literally thieves, do not take them for a clothes brand. Stay FAR away.
What a shit experience, never again
What a shit experience. Ordered a pair of shoes. They were not very comfortable sadly, the raised part of the insole was on the outer sides of the feet rather than inner. Decided to return.
Guess what? They have not given back the full refund. Getting in touch with the customer service is hopeless. I received nearly ten replies they were going to have a look at it asap and make a refund. Had to chance multiple times.
I can’t believe they are treating customers, who own 3 handbags and 2 computer bags from they. I think I will have to find some other brands to spend with, as this was a huge waste of my time. A brand run by a Danish person, as living in Denmark was great, as it’s a trusting society. Clearly here those values are forgotten. Never again.
Bad quality and no response from costumer service ,
5 months without a significant response after I submitted complaints about a pair of sandals whose straps came loose after just 1 week of use. Neither quality nor service, only the appearance of quality remains.
Nach fast 14 Jahren nie wieder Royal Republiq
Ich habe über deren Website im Januar 2024 zwei Schuhe bestellt. Meine Schuhgröße gab es anscheinend nicht und daher wurde auf der Website die nächstkleinere Schuhgröße ausgewählt. Ich hatte den Fehler erst nach dem Kauf bemerkt. Wie auch immer. Ich habe beide Schuhe zurückschicken müssen. Die Retour gestaltet sich nicht leicht. Am ende hatte ich erst nach 8 Wochen und nach mehrfachen Emailanfragen ein Retourlabel per mail bekommen. Deren Retourportal sowie der gesamte Proess ist eine Katastrophe.Nun sind die Schuhe seit mehren Monaten bei denen und ich habe immer noch kein Geld zurückbekommen. Ich schreibe die immer wieder mal an was mit dem Geld ist. Dann kommt das sie es zurzeit nicht mehr über Überweisung machen können und ob ich eine Alternative hätte. Jetzt musste ich mir eine Alternative ausdenken. Ich gab denen meine PayPal Adresse. Das war vor 7 Wochen. Und ich habe immer noch nichts auf meinem Konto.
Mein Fazit und guter Rat. Royal Republiq hat sich im Laufe der Jahre massiv verändert. Ich habe meine ersten Schuhe 2011 gekauft. Die habe ich immer noch. In der Zeit habe ich 20 paar Schuhe, 3 Rucksäcke, Gürtel, Geldbörse von denen gekauft. Aber seit 2019 ist die Qualität sprunghaft schlechter geworden. Das war jetzt auch meine letzte Bestellung. Ich habe fertig mit dieser mittlerweile echt schlechten Marke.

I still wonder if the company even exists or if it's a scam. I paid for some boots, never received them, and they didn’t fully refund me. They reply to emails late—if at all—usually after three months. The last email remains unanswered after nearly a year. Have they shut down the company, or is no one managing it? Their behavior towards customers is an absolute disgrace. I do not recommend the products or the service at all. As I said, it's the closest thing to a scam I've encountered in a long time
No VAT refund on international order
I had a bad experience with a recent international order. The company refused to refund the VAT, which meant I ended up paying double VAT. Additionally, they listed the VAT on the customs invoice as the full price, so I had to pay even more. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to help. I plan to escalate this to the Netherlands Consumer Protection Agency. I have no complaints about the quality of the products; they are good.
Slechtste customer service
Mooie schoenen maar ongelofelijk stroeve klantenservice. Schoenen hadden een productiefout waardoor na eerste gebruik direct een leren gedeelte afscheurde. Eerste contact gehad met CEO op 25-10-2023 met een reactie de dag erop waarop me werd verteld dat een nieuw paar schoenen zou worden toegestuurd. 8-11 gevraagd om een update. 28-12 nogmaals gevraagd om een statusupdate, waarop ik prompt een reactie kreeg dat mijn situatie "geescaleerd" zou zijn naar de relevante afdeling die mijn klacht zou gaan afhandelen en dat ik op de hoogte zou worden gehouden.
19-1-2024 nogmaals een reactie gestuurd omdat wederom geen gehoor werd gegeven aan mijn mails noch heb ik het nieuwe beloofde paar schoenen ontvangen.
Recent nog maar eens een reminder gestuurd, waarop ik tot op heden nog geen reactie op heb ontvangen. Dit is echt dramatisch slecht...

I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were the wrong size. I followed Royal Republiq's non user friendly returns method as per their instructions. When the shoes arrived in The Netherlands they ignored the return notice from customs and were then aired back to me in Australia. This was 3 months ago and I keep getting emailed that my issue is being treated as a matter of urgency. Rubbish! I just want to return the shoes and get a refund but should not have to pay the freight cost a second time. Seems like they just don't care.

I bought a pair of sneakers, didn't fit me well so I decided to return the order. I followed the webpage return instructions and the process was succesfull but I didn`t receive any email confirmation nor shipment label. So, since 30 of November I am trying to get a solution. I have written severl emails and nobody find out a solution. It is unbelievable that we are in 2023 and they take 14 days to ask to the shipment department to get a pdf file with the label. To be honest, it is a disagreeable situation to send emails everyday and when they reply it seems that they haven't read you explanation. Very dissaapointed with this brand. It is the second time I buy and the last one.

Warning! Absolutely no response from costumer service.
They sold me a damaged belt. Wrote them several times for instructions on what I needed to do to get a new one. There where no response and after a while and several e-mails send from me without any response I had to decide just to return the belt without their instructions. Thereafter they refunded me the price of the belt and the original shipping cost, but not the cost of the return label I had to buy through their webpage. So now I have had all the trouble, I have no belt and I am a shipping cost poorer ☹
