Very poor experience with Greenwich…
Very poor experience with Greenwich Council. I submitted a move notification on 20th March and nothing was done for weeks—no updates, no communication, nothing.
In the end, I had to chase it myself and wait 45 minutes on the phone just to get through to someone. Only then was the change actually processed. To make matters worse, the customer service assistant I spoke to was dismissive and had a clear attitude that nothing was wrong, which was incredibly frustrating given the delay.
Basic requests shouldn’t require this much effort to resolve. Really disappointing service.
