Anthony really helped me find the right insurance for me and explain it every step of the way

Amazing, I had literally spoken to a broker the day before I spoke to Anthony. I was advised that my current policy for 5 years was useless, over priced and they could get me a much better deal. 1 hour later and 500 questions later they advised they couldn’t and advised my past mental health was the reason and I would get no better deal. Fast forward to R&R, I want to say Tim was the initial person who called, not great with names, sorry if it’s not! Anyway, I explained what had happened and he instantly offered reassurance and belief I was not a hopeless case! He put me in touch with Anthony who did the same, although, I still thought he was spinning me a line! Turns out he wasn’t, I have a far more comprehensive life insurance and critical illness cover until the day I retire, something I was led to believe wasn’t possible, all at almost a price match to my existing useless policy. R&R even paid the first instalment! Very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, Meticulous and professional, clearly take pride in what they do and their reputation. Thanks for getting me total peace of mind when the worst case scenario happens, that’s priceless.

Paula was very thorough on the phone regarding the trustee documents as I must admit, it was a bit of a minefield. She was very patient and answered any queries straight away for me.

Simon was recommended to me by Julie Gosling from Cheshire Mortgage Solutions. He didn’t disappoint, called when he said he would. Made the process simple, with easy explanations and recommendations after explaining my circumstances. Would recommend to others
