Had difficulty understanding the gift trust forms but, after having a conversation with Lucy Allen and a lot of patience from her, the form is now completed!
I have had a few conversations with Lucy and have found her to be very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgable in her field! I would recommend her very highly!

I first spoke with Chelsea who made me extremely comfortable when telling her about an uncomfortable subject for my life insurance very polite and helpful. Then I spoke with Brian who was really helpful and explained everything clearly and made it really simple to take the right policy, definitely recommend this company if looking for a life insurance policy.

Fabulous service, Paula took the time to thoroughly explain and talk me through every step.

The staff were very helpful with getting me through all of the paperwork, everything was explained to me so there was no confusion with anything.
The only negative was that the phone call cut out twice so they had to call back, other than that it was a very positive experience. Very cheerful and polite staff members, especially Sol he was an amazing help.

When I was approached by Jordan, I thought not another insurance call! However on speaking to him, he was open and honest from the beginning. His explanation of my insurance review actually made sense and I never felt pushed at any point during the review. I was then passed over to Bryan who was very thorough and has a good manner when talking to you. Ended up with a good price and feeling like I made the right choice for my family.

Spoke with Anthony Coe, Senior Insurance Advisor, who gave me really clear advice on the best insurance policy for my situation. Really listened to my needs and clearly answered all the clarification questions I asked, which increased my level of understanding and helped me feel comfortable with the advice given and agreed cover.

Sol was a great guy and a credit to his profession and company , very patient, helpful and friendly, with a professional non pushy approach to helping me choose the right cover of life insurance for me and my family. I would definitely recommend Sol to anyone looking to get that piece of mind to speak to Sol and his company.
