Unfortunately I along with others look like this so called company has scammed me. I ordered and paid and still not got my mask.
Also tried to contact the company via email only to have had it returned via mailerdemon. So disgusted. This was recommended by this morning programme, or was it?
Dont order from this company.

Ordered 2 masks then cancelled them got refunded 80 pound then 2 weeks later also received the masks so got them free

This company is absolutely disgusting the same day o ordered the red light face mask I cancelled becouse my son surprised me with one this company would not cancelled it arrived and I asked for returns details and they refused me said can only refund if item is damaged or faulty .I quoted uk customer statuary rights to them but they just keep sending message for me to wait untill it arrives I have told them 4 times it has arrived but I just keep getting same message.the have taken my money illegally.

Three weeks later I am still waiting for mine. Will it do what they predict if and when it does arrive

I have been waiting over 6 weeks with no communications. I have emailed but j am wondering if it was a scam
The advert was on Facebook. Did anyone else order through this method

If I could rate this joke of a company less than 1 I would. Waited weeks for it to arrive damaged box slit open and no instructions. No response from company after over 10 emails sent to them asking how to return they just say package on its way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. God knows why this was advertised on a feature on This Morning. Out of pocket for an item I cant use.

Please don’t deal with this company, ordered LED Mask 27/7/26 and has still not arrived 5/9/26. I have asked for update, same tracking number that does not work was given. I have now asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. The Government needs to look into this company. It is taking money and not supplying the product. It’s should receive a nil star rating. Be careful.

I've been waiting almost 6 weeks for my delivery. Every time I send an email the answers are all the same either sorry for your wait or send your order number which I've sent 3 times im at my whits end now the monies were taken out next day '24th July' what do I need to do to actually get my mask delivered???

Absolutely appalling! I waited ages to receive then didn't work. Still waiting for refund and in the meantime I received a text yesterday to say thank you for your order it's on its way!! What why would I order another one when waiting for my refund for the piece of rubbish received in the 1st place and they have taken from my account! I'm fuming. I've given them 5 working days to refund my money for 2 masks now. I am reporting them.for fraud and theft for taking money from my account without my authorisation!!****WARNING ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company. It's a complete scam like everybody's written. It's disgusting how they can advertise through a main television program. as the same as the other people on the reviews still not receive mind. In future I'm going to make sure I I read all reviews on everything I buy. I will be contacting my bank to see if they can get my money back.

The most appalling service ever. Do not buy from this company. Waiting 3 weeks for my order and getting absolutely nowhere with the customer support. Dreadful experience. Do not use. Go elsewhere.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Mask looks like it's been used, no control box. I've emailed regarding this and waiting for response. Probably will return it.
Have to apologise, they responded quickly and explained the instructions.Ill be keeping it and giving it a try.

Like everyone else, I thought I was ordering the ‘revolution’ face mask from the itv this morning, the link must have been hacked somehow as I ended up with the rosabelle, same as all I tried to cancel & nothing & received the mask a month later with no instructions etc.

Appalling experience with customer services. Received the mask after quite a bit of time, no communication regarding shipping or how long it would take to receive it. When finally received it was a sub standard mask with minimal instructions full of grammatical errors.
When trying to return, I have been in contact with Customer relations for weeks during which time I was offered from return and full refund to 50% or 30% off depending on the day. Each time promises were made and I was told I needed to wait for confirmation from the warehouse. I kept on following up weekly and lastly I was told my return/refund was not approved.
Horrible experience! Don’t get fooled by the price, it is low for a reason!
Their website is a sham, you cannot even add a review and they are falsely advertising a 90 day no questions asked return and refund guarantee. Horrendous.

I cancelled mask after reading reviews, they took £47 and do not respond to emails. The mask arrived after 3 weeks, I emailed to ask for returns label, no response 7 emails later. The mask has a crack in it, cheap plastic no lead or control, so pretty useless
They are scamming people. I bought this mask as I saw them advertised in This Morning. I have now got to accept they have my hard earned money and many other peoples by the reads I have seen.

I have eventually received my face mask, it took about 3 weeks to arrive. I just received 1 email saying it was shipped, No damage but instructions very poor they don’t tell you how to use it or how often. If anyone can advice I would appreciate it👍

I ordered this in June, got tracking number from them but I couldn't find it on the site. Emailed them and said it was working and to try from their site. I did and it worked. After 2 months of waiting it has finally come today. Don't know if it will work or not as just plugged it in to charge. Will update when I have tried it out for a bit.

I want to give no stars. I cancelled my order within 5 mins of ordering. Contacted company via email mail saying I clicked in error. I did receive email mail assuring me no money would be taken and my order was cancelled....they took money £47.00. Said item was on its way. Have not received the item though ?. They have assured me twice that money is being refunded. Still nothing as of today 8.8.26. Now not answering my e mail..my experience so far is do not buy from them.

Update...item i cancelled arrived today 11.8.26, no remote or charging cable...I feel 'This Morning' should have looked into this company before we all ordered from them...I've emailed company again...but I think they don't give a damn. Dreadful customer care and service...

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after mistakenly ordering a face mask.
I tried to cancel the order almost immediately, but I was repeatedly told there was no order showing on their system, despite the money already having been taken from my bank account. I even sent them screenshots as proof.
Once I finally received the order confirmation email, I contacted them again to cancel. This time I was told it was too late because the order had already been dispatched. It's strange that one day they claimed the order didn't exist, and the next day it had somehow already been shipped.
Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a full refund. The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The parcel delivered from the UK to US and I had no problems with customs, tariffs, or delivery. As for the mask, it works. The company says to expect results in 2-3 weeks but for me, I was using it 3-4 times a week instead of daily so results came in around 4 weeks or so. The redness around my cheeks and chin is mostly gone and my skin has a nice glow for around 6 hours after I stop using it. My makeup sits better as my fine lines have softened. Still waiting on results for enlarged pores on the nose as that was one of my main concerns.

I would have preferred if it came with a remote though instead of having to press on the mask while I am laying down. A remote in hand would have been better.
