Great system for storing stuff between moving. Josh and Anthony at the Minchinbury store are friendly, nice and very helpful. I would use this service again if needed.

Nothing was a problem always willing to help made everything easy

I had been think about getting storage for a period of time. My first enquiry was back in May I took out the storage in the end of July. The website was easy to navigate around in and very informative which helped me make an informed decision. The price is currently affordable to me. I was able to quickly make my booking and everything was done via an easy to install app. The app download happened without issue and is very self explanatory. Once onsite with a full van and shelving I had purchased that day the app easily opened the access gates, roller door and the unit itself. This is my only real criticism of the whole process, there doesn't appear to be a large easy to read map of the complex for first time users. I accessed the building very late on a Friday night with no staff to guide me on my first visit, so a big map in the downstairs driveway could help. Other than this observation the whole process when very smoothly. By the way the place is a bit spooky if going there for the first time around midnight, however, you can park anywhere and you get your pick of the trolleys.

First of all it's a very simple process to sign up. Second of all once you get to meet the team there service is second to non. Very friendly staff that break down the process for the individual.

The app that you download is simple for anyone to access the premises. Would recommend to everyone 👍.

After having to store my belongings for a few months the team and facilities at Roomia made it so much easier, with very competitive rates, helpful staff and a very easy to use app, I will definitely be using Roomia again, highly recommend

Storage Units are very affordable.
Josh and Anton are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble even though we did have a slight hiccup with the unit itself.
But that was sorted very quickly and I was called with an update.
