I went in today regarding the Hire of one of your storage units at Roomia Minchinbury and I was impressed with Anton Adams Friendly, Professional Customer Service, Antón was Very Obliging and offered to show me the different Size units and even went through the App Operation, I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the site

DAMAGED MY BELONGINGS
They were doing repairs on units in the facility and advised me my unit was one of those that was going to be repaired. They asked if they could move my belongings themselves to which we responded with under no circumstances are they to enter our unit & touch our belongings. This was stated in both email and phone calls. Unfortunately i received an email with a new unit number & an email stating the move was complete. Upon inspection of my goods & since packing up and moving to another storage facility i have noticed countless items of mine that are extremely damaged, to which they refuse to take responsibility for. DO NOT GO WITH THEM! I am unable to speak to anyone higher as there is no “head office” or “area manager” contact number and the 2 useless managers in store are just that.. USELESS. If you want to keep your belongings safe & untouched, i would recommend looking elsewhere!!

The service is absolutely amazing from Anton and Josh. I highly recommend Roomia for all your storage needs and the whole place is 100% secured. They made the process more easier for me, before when it was under the management of Storage Kings, every day I was stressing. Anton and Josh, are very much understanding. Anton was the one that I was getting in contact with most of the time, he had such a great service, on a very short notice he was able to help me in every way possible.

The team at Minchinbury Anton and Josh as some of the best I have every dealt with. Complex is amazing clean great units and price is better some a lot of others I looked at.
Nothing is a drama for Roomia Minchinbury. I would use them again my first choice.
