Shane and his boys Xavier, Caleb and Jack from Roofxpro really did do a 5 star job repairing our badly leaking roof.
They were so professional and so thorough!
Shane checked and double checked the work to make sure there would be no chance that the roof could leak in the future. They were so easy to work with, so friendly.
So grateful for their support and care.

It is with pleasure that I am writing this review and giving 5 stars to RoofXPro .
After one other repairer had told me
that “I can’t do any more for you “ and I made 3 unsuccessful calls to other roofing companies to fix a leak in my ceiling . They couldn’t have cared less about my leaking roof! I finally discovered RoofXPro. on the internet
1. They came when they said they would .
2. They provided me with a prompt quote .
3. It was raining before my appointment was due so Adam sent 2 guys out to put up some flashing temporarily. This was on a Saturday too! I was so grateful as I’d just had the interior of my house painted .
4. The guys came and performed the work thoroughly and the Company provided me a 7 year warranty on the work that they did. I am extremely happy .
5. After all the heavy rain in August 2025 a small leak reappeared (nothing as bad as the original).
6. I texted Adam and the next day he sent out Jack . Jack went above and beyond even climbing into the roof through the manhole. He pinpointed the problem straight away. He even fixed a batten which wasn’t even in the original work that was done .
I have to say that I have honestly never met such a nice and dedicated team of guys. Thank you to Adam and Jack . Especially to Jack . He told me he’s 17 and I must say that if all 17 year olds conducted themselves as did this young man , society would be in good hands . I cannot speak highly enough of the team at RoofXPro and would highly recommend their work to anyone.

The service I received from RoofXpro was prompt and amazing. Julian was so pleasant and very professional. He thoroughly examined the affected area and attended to the problem immediately. I was fully satisfied with his service, and will definitely approach RoofXPro if I need help in the future.

Gave quote on a Thursday and started job on Monday.
Happy with the interaction with staff from Sarah at reception to Adam whom I dealt with. Work was completed with no problems and I'm very pleased with the work done. 7-year warranty is a bonus, and Adam was happy for me to call if there are ever any issues.
A very pleasant transaction from start to finish.

I am very happy with Adam and his teammates (Sam and his workmate, forgot his name). We are most impressed with the quality of the installation of our new ColourBond roof for our guest house. Adam came out and gave me a quote, from the moment I met Adam I instantly knew I was going to hire him to get the job done for me. Adam and his team came out and did a tremendous job cleaning my roof and sorting a few issues on the tiles.
