Hi Pam,
After some investigating, hands up – this one’s on us. When the invoice was first sent, a small typo (one stray full stop) meant it landed in the wrong inbox. Months later it was corrected and paid by the right person, but understandably you were left with the original.
The good news is we weren’t left for long with a late payment – the bad news is we now have a 1-star review to show for it!
I’m genuinely sorry for the mix-up and have made sure it won’t happen again. We pride ourselves on being accurate and professional, so this was a rare slip.

quick and efficient service
Sam at Roman Rod responded very quickly to my request for help clearing a blocked down pipe. All sorted in minutes with a high pressure jet, and at a fair price. Happy to recommend.

A brilliant service
Sam did a fantastic job for us today. Having a blocked main drain is a stressful situation. I called Roman Rod at 5pm the evening before they were able to make changes to their diary to fit us in as a priority the next morning. Sam arrived by 8.15 and had cleared the drain by 8.30! It was such a relief. I would 100% recommend Roman Rod and their brilliant service. Thank you again

Sam was just brilliant
Sam was just brilliant. We had problems with flooding in the excavation holes for our extension and he came straight out as work had stopped. He found out our neighbours’ storm drain was blocked and he cleared it that day and showed us the camera inspection after he’d done it. Found out our neighbours had DynoRod out 4 years previously for the same drain, but they hadn’t been able to solve the problem. He also inspected their sewer which looked ok on the camera, but when the dye he recommended was added into that drain, we could see it seeping into our excavation holes. The neighbours are now sorting out their drains and we can get on with our extension. So pleased to get to the bottom of this, our garage has been flooding for years and now we know why.

We'd had this company in the past and been really pleased with their work. Just the same this time! It was not an emergency, but we had a visit within a day or two and the problem was eventually solved - not without a bit of trial and error, and in the end, the use of a camera. Sam is so pleasant and polite and explains things clearly.
