Sam was so helpful, advising us not to connect a new soil pipe into the main sewage system which would then require notifying Wessex Water and lots of delays. We simply located an underground soil pipe on our private land using, his expertise, and connected up to that line instead. This negated long delays, big excavation and possibly higher costs too. Highly recommended!

Sam was brilliant, came and sorted out a blocked drain and also managed to retrieve a rod head I had got stuck a few metres down the drain. Very professional, competent and friendly service. Would 100% recommend.

We had a bit of an emergency with a cracked cast iron exterior downpipe and a blockage, causing water damage in the flat. Sam correctly identified the problem and went out of his way to fix it quickly and competently. Excellent service, many thanks.
