Nalam on reception Very helpful. Knew just what I needed for my severely disabled son. Didn’t mind answering my hundreds of questions!! Delivery guys lovely too went through everything with me after setting it up. Son and rest of family enjoying hot tub . Value for money. Would recommend to friends etc 👍 love it.

Roman spa are very professional and answered all my questions and queries I had not matter what time of day it was.And the man that came to install it was really helpful and took timeout to sort everything out with a few more questions answered. I would recommend this company to anybody everything was on time and date stated.

Unit is great... I understand the item is heavy but need to find a way to 'drop' the tub onto its base better... the drop disconnected one of the pumps and one of the lights. Both easily fixed but still.
Overall great product and service. Would buy again.

Absolutely over the moon with the whole process of purchasing my Atlantis hot tub! Nalam helped make sure I chose the perfect one to suit my needs. The delivery and installation team were really friendly and answered all my questions. Nalam even gave me a crash course on getting the chemicals right via WhatsApp! Fantastic service from start to finish was really happy to have come across this site would recommend company nothing was too much trouble they even help me to remove my fence and put it back they were lovely very helpful. Thank you Nalam really happy with my hot tub.

Roman Spas are just brilliant from start to finish. Nalam is so responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Delivery was very delayed due to shipping issues but everywhere is in the same boat (no pun intended!).
Delivery guys on the day were fabulous, checked everything at every stage to make sure we were happy with position etc and ran through some key stuff before they left. Had a very minor issue but an engineer came and sorted it quickly.
Definitely recommend Roman Spas and love seeing all their happy customers on Instagram.

Great sales and service. Wasn’t too keen on the ‘drop’ to the concrete floor (even if it was cushioned) and subsequent leak but once tightened again it was great. Good design, price and service. Would recommend.
