It has now been over 2 months since my withdrawal request (February 20).

The casino has confirmed multiple times that:

* The withdrawal is valid
* The funds are secured
* The payout is “on its way”

Despite this, I have not been paid.

For several weeks now, I have been completely ignored via both email and live chat. Messages are read but no replies are given.

Additionally, I have identified clear similarities with other platforms using the same system, support names, and interface, which raises further concerns about transparency.

At this point, this is no longer a delay — this is a complete lack of communication and accountability regarding a confirmed withdrawal of significant value.

Je suis actuellement contraint d’envisager un signalement auprès de la CNIL pour non-respect du RGPD.

Don't join stay away.I have put loads on only took once and that's when I first joined, i've asked several times for over a month.For my account to be closed due to the lack of wins given by the site, they have ignored this request. Even though I've told them that they're having an effect on my mental health. And my gambling is getting out of control. The site stuff are very rude. Don't want to deal with t. You go on their live chat which is a waste of time they cant help and say wait to hear back by email. They do not pay out if your lucky enough to even win. STAY AWAY theres other sites out there.
