Kelly has been amazing at helping us get the right mortgage for us . We didn’t think we would be afford to move but she had all our information without having to go through the stressful part of finding everything . She has been very supportive and easy to get hold of . Lorna is now helping to take over the process of moving which I’m sure she will be very helpful too . Both are very friendly and approachable . After a recommendation from a friend we decided to use Rokform Finance to help us get a mortgage for our 1st house purchase. From day 1 I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise from both Kelly and Lorna. The speed they managed to get our file up and running to getting our agreement in principle to then getting the application in and approved was amazing. We were recommended Kelly at Rokform by a family member when we were trying to get a mortgage after being told we had been declined by another mortgage broker.
Kelly was constantly communicating, with us and updating us throughout the process and answered every question we had to make sure we got the mortgage we needed.
