Was looking for a company to give me some initial guidance of rates on remortgage. Not really fixed to any specific professional provider, so i carried out a search online.

Came across Breeze Mortgages, made an enquiry, not expecting much, except the old sales pitch. A chap by the name of Jack shortly made contact.

He was not pushy in the slightest, seemed knowledgeable on the market and appeared overall very helpful on my initial queries.

Jack came back with the available rates he could acquire across the market and informed me on the companies fees (which was no brokerage fee at the time).
I was happy with the options presented and continued my mortgage through to completion with Jack at Breeze

He was very helpful throughout and represented Breeze Mortgages fantastically.

Hopefully everyone in Breeze is as good as Jack as i was personally happy with the service and would recommend based on my own experiences.

Just wanted to say a massive thank to Jack for helping me with my 2nd buy to let property your support has been incredible you kept me informed throughout the entire process and even went the extra mile by chasing up solicitors. My Partner and I were buying a flat as a first time buyer using an 80/20 scheme that the housing developer were offering. This along with my partners Brazilian nationality meant our previous broker was really struggling to get a mortgage offer. We were then recommended to go to Jack from Breeze mortgages. I can’t be more grateful for his services. He was incredibly efficient with fantastic customer service and even with our circumstance found a great mortgage offer with sub 4% interest rate. Upon the underwriters final checks, we were incorrectly denied the mortgage offer. This was due absolute negligence and poor customer service from the lender. After a few weeks of Jack chasing tirelessly to find out why this was the case, he advised that we should make a formal complaint. Jack took care of everything and was absolutely fantastic for us. The next morning our mortgage offer was approved. The complaint led to the lender offering compensation which is a fantastic outcome. Jack and breeze mortgages now have a customer for life and I will be recommending him to anyone looking to get a mortgage.
