He helped our dream become a reality and are now on the property ladder after renting for so many years. We cant rate Billy highly enough! He has gone above and beyond to support us from day one and was always on hand if we had any questions. We were messed around by our sellers which delayed the process and caused quite a lot of stress. Billy was regularly in touch to see if we needed any help and acted quickly and efficiently when our mortgage had expired and we needed a new offer approved quickly to push though the exchange of contracts. I can honestly say that this is the single best experience we've had from a company and would recommend Roderick's to anyone looking for help with getting a Mortgage.

We were looking to remortgage as well as borrow some money to help with our proposed extension.
