Not a quality experince at all. Better qualirt at Greggs for a fifth of the price.

Poor customer service. Unwilling to solve issues. Will never use again. Customer service got my back up so much I felt motivated to leave a poor review.

Paid for delivery pre 12 next day. DPD had a delay.

When I contacted DPD directly they advised the order hadn't been booked on a pre 12 delivery.

Dont waste your money paying for delivery as they dont provide the service you pay for.

The cake donuts are too sweet and nothing like a donut. The order screen shows a classic pack and a very similar looking GF pack. This is interestingly labelled as GF classic pack, the only difference being the 'GF'. It's only in the product description that it shows the GF versions are cake donuts and not regular donuts like the classic pack. I found the GF versions extremely disappointing. 5 and a half of my order went straight in the bin.

I have received a box of doughnuts from a friend, they arrived beautifully boxed, super fresh and delicious. I would definitely be returning to get some more.

Ordered 72 vegan doughnuts for our wedding to go alongside the cake. Absolutely delicious, went down a storm. Ordering was easy, delivery promised day before the event, arrived as expected.
Will order again.

Unreliable and really poor customer service. I spent £70 on donuts for a Saturday party, paid extra for delivery that date. The donuts arrived 24 hours later (we weren't notified of this). Rodeo's response was to point to some fine print on their website that says deliveries might be later than advertised and refused to refund.

Absolutely delicious! Being able to treat my gluten free dairy intolerant hubby to some doughnuts as a birthday treat was brilliant! And they looked beautiful and tasted amazing! We will be buying a 12pack next time!!!! The delivery was great and they arrived perfect.

My husband and I discovered these doughnuts on a trip to London earlier this year, and they’re genuinely the best we’ve ever had! I recently placed an online order and the team went above and beyond to get it delivered earlier than planned, such lovely, thoughtful service. I’m so grateful and officially a forever loyal customer!

I received my gluten-free 'donuts' today. Amazing packaging however, texture and taste was beyond awful! They are sickly sweet, dense beyond dense and tasteless! Not to mention absolutely nothing like a donut, more like a very, very dense cake with extremely sweet icing. Complete and utter waste of my money. I'm extremely disappointed and feel I have been sold something completely different to what they've stated.

Absolutely shocking service. Continually do not stock gluten free donuts on Sundays. Perhaps dietary requirements don’t apply on Sundays? Maybe I am mysteriously cured. This has been constant, disgusting service from a company that markets itself as good for those with dietary requirements. Anyone gluten free - do not waste your time.

this rubbish tastes like i'd surive an apocalypse. so much kack in this pseudo-food. Even the very label of a "doughnut" is a stretch

achingly sweet. synthetic "caramel flavouring". no part of this is good past the first bite

Terrible service.
Ordered to be delivered on a Saturday.. received an email late Friday to say they couldn’t as it was an extra charge.
(Which should have shown when I ordered and selected the date!) Bank holiday weekend… so asked for Tuesday.. Tuesday another email saying can deliver tomorrow.. Wednesday another email saying can I confirm the flavours.. (which were selected in the order) it was after 2pm when I saw the email so this meant no dispatch on Thursday.. which would mean Monday and probably arriving Wednesday.. 12 days after ordering..
this now looks like an afterthought to the recipient so I have had a refund..
the previous batch I ordered arrived a day late too..
would I use again? Absolutely not.
Customer service is a joke.

Very disappointed, googled gluten free doughnuts and it's a sponsored listing. Go to the site, there's a section for gluten free, at no point in the selection or ordering process does it say that these are not actually doughnuts at all but cake that happens to be round. Only visible if you're reading the FAQs or checking allergens (which given that they already say these are gluten free we didn't think we'd need to do).

Texture, very dry, very thick, not at all appetising and leaves you needing water
Taste, far too sweet and sickly, variety of flavours but all overpowered by sugar so you can't really tell what you're eating.

Very nice to look at, well presented and delivered but nowhere near value for money, gluten free doughnuts might have been worth the price, gluten free cakes you can get anywhere now.

Edit: Rodeo have now twice tried to have this review removed, most recently saying it must have been for another company even though they had already responded to the review.

You can’t even leave honest reviews as this company gets trust pilot to remove them.

These doughnuts are SO GOOD. Really fresh, soft and full of flavour. My husband definitely approved..

The best surprise was that they did Gluten Free options so I could have one too- and not just 'okay' ones, they were actually really nice! I didn't expect much, but it was honestly the best I've had.

I'll definitely be back (probably too often...!)

They looked amazing and all my team with various dietary requirements were very happy!

Incredibly disappointed. The order was placed as a gift from our students for a colleague who had been at the scene of an accident involving a member of our team. We wanted to celebrate his heroism and the order was not sent. When I complained a further order was also not sent.
I do not recommend, especially for the price of the product.

Ordered gluten free doughnuts and they’re absolutely disgusting. Could just eat a spoonful of sugar for the same experience.

Had 2 bites a few hours ago and have been nauseous since.

For £30 as well!!! Wouldn’t spend 50p on them if I knew they were gonna taste like that.

Total waste of money.
Looks good, but the taste was horrible. It was like a biting in a piece of sugar and fat. I had 4 different, the last piece was for the litter/garbage.
