A bunch of fools. Whoever they hire to answer customer questions are never on the same page. They must have high turnover because their employees are stone cold imbeciles. They never give me the right information. I spent thousands of dollars paying them so they can pay the salary for their stupid staff members. They settled 2 out of 5 accounts in nearly 5 years. What a waste of my money. All I can do is cry and be disappointed. 5 years later and creditors will still come beating down our door. Don't waste your time with this company. They are so disorganized and largely ineffective. You have a very good chance of NOT getting the results you expect.

They did nothing for us! We paid over $10,000 and for 3 years they told us a lawyer was Negotiating for us to the credit card company after hearing nothing from them for months at a time we find out 3 different lawyers we’re on our case and nothing happened. I just received a partial refund in my bank and no notice at all my contact was over. This program is terrible, I should have just made payments to my credit card company.

Until today I would have given them 5 stars. I enrolled 8 cards with them and they settled 6. My payment obligation ended in 02/22 and at no time was I told that I HAD to extend my enrollment & payments for another 6 months in order for them to negotiate the last 2. As far as I knew, I paid an amount for all 8 and now I am being told that they will no longer negotiate. Mind you, that I have had at least 4 or 5 phone calls with them since my payment obligation ended with no further mention of this.

They were always nice and helpful on the phone when in the program. I had one account I never received any resolution for. After you complete payments the drop you out of the program 90 days later even if accounts are not resolved. I never any received a offer for additional money to resolve my last account. Nothing was ever discussed in 5 years. That is UNACCEPTABLE.

They negotiated a settlement (was no adjustment rather a payment plan) then they failed to pay the last two payments when I canceled the RAM account to stop getting charged monthly fees as I should have been done they dropped me without notifyjng me or the courts that they were my representative leaving that settlement to collect interest.

They penalize you for paying off early despite the contract you sign saying they won't. They will not make payments or withdrawal money on time. This creates more fess and penalties. I added over 8,000.00 extra dollars to settle my debts. They are now waiting for another month in order to collect more fees. Every time you call it is a different person who knows nothing about the last phone call. My program ended in February and they refuse to make a lump sum to my last creditor. They have collected over 400.00 in extra fees when the money was there in February to pay the creditor off. They were charging me double to cancel payments to the RAM account because all the money needed to pay off the creditor was available. They were supposed to collect 300.00 more for fees on 6/22/2022 so I could be done with this and they did not collect the money nor did they pay my creditor. MONEY IS AVAILABLE TO SETTLE THIS(HAS BEEN SINCE FEBRUARY). Absolute nightmare. Still not over....BEWARE!!!!

Do not waste your money. You will promise you help and support. It will sound like an answer to your prayer. You will pay them thousands. They will drop the ball if there's litigation and you will end up with judgments. They will settle all the little accounts first. You know, the ones you could have settled yourself and then the biggest account, the one you actually needed help with will remain untouched. You will call and call. You can never actually talk to the person assigned you account. No one ever calls you back. This is the biggest scam. Please find a reputable company. This one is garbage.

I was told it would be a three year process and all of my debts would be settled in that time. I stayed in the program and paid every month. They settled some of them but when the three years was up, they closed my account without even an email or phone call to explain. Their associate, Matt said he was going to settle the last two debts and made arrangements with the debtors but at the last minute, Rockwell pulled the plug and cancelled it with no explanation. Now I find out there are actually four unpaid debts and not just two. I would like the money back that you claimed to use to pay that one off. For the last 6 months every time I call, someone will listen and then tell me they will work out something and call me back and I never hear back from them.

Edit: Since my first review, I was contacted by a Rockwell representative and made arrangements to have Matt finish the deals he started previously. I am changing my 1 star to a 4. Matt gets 10 stars though. Thanks for the help.

Paid over 5 grand in 2 years and none of the 3 accounts were ever settled. In fact, 1 of the accounts they said they had settled just sued me for the amount owed. Where did the $ go. I don’t want to hear your sorry we’ll reach out to you. I want my $ back for services not rendered!!!

3 yrs of payments totalling $13,000. Made my last one, only to find out I have 2 judgements attached to my house on accounts they never ever contacted. Even though these debts were the primary reason for discussing a solution.
I had NO late or missed payments, but was advised that this was the best thing to do to pay off my debts.

Absolutely awful company. I paid them 2x/month for 2 years and have spent the last 8 months trying to get closure to all the issues they messed up. I have filed 3 BBB complaints and am about to report them for fraud since they refuse to do what they have been contracted to do and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone that knows anything. I have requested to speak to a manager and their "negotiators" (who I don't think actually exist) and am constantly told they are not available. I think this whole "Group" is a sham and a fraud. They are highly incompetent, borderline criminal, and a complete waste of time and money. Use anyone else other than Rockwell

I’ve been with Rockwell since 2018. Overall they have been doing what needs to be done. I think when it is all said and done they will have helped me get back on track. I do have some issues now coming to the end of my program. I have had only 1 account left to close for almost a year now. I just got notice a couple of weeks ago, that it is in the settlement process…finally. Im glad its being completed but at the same time i have had to call every week at least 3 times a week. Sometimes ive been on hold for 3hours or more trying to figure out what is going on. I haven’t had to make payments in almost a year because i put in enough to settle everything outright even if there was no negotiating a lower price. I really need to be done with this but it feels like they are stringing me along, and for what idk… i get the run around every time i call in, when i can get through… as far as I’m concerned, this should have been resolved no more than 8 months ago. If i learned anything its that i never want to go thru this bs again and also that these law firms don’t actually care about ppl. They just want their cut. I have no proof but i feel like they kept stringing this out to make more money off of me. Since September of 2018 to October 2020 I’ve been paying $700 a month. In November i put down a lump sum of 25k to speed up the process and pay all remaining accts down. To this day, as of right now i still have not completed the program. All they keep saying to me is it should be resolved by the end of the month… and they have said that every month since November of last year. I really hope this nightmare is over soon… oh and 1 more thing, after i stopped paying my credit cards, per Rockwell instructions, my credit went from 784 to 446 in the snap of a finger. Rockwell said once i complete the program my score will be higher then when i started. I guess we will see… Since then (i only monitor with credit karma) transunion is at 729 and Equifax 686. Idk what thats about… I’m never doing this again… its not that i don’t like Rockwell, bcuz they DID help me, but i never want to deal with this bs ever again. The system is rigged against us unless u are filthy rich. Even ppl that say they are trying to help you only want your money. By putting money in the bank you are essentially loaning it to them, at 0%. They take all of our money and loan it back to us a high percentage rates so they can make money off of the money we give to them. They only charge poor ppl overdraft fees. When they need it and If they dont got the money they just print it. If we did that we would go to jail for counterfeit. Oh well, buy the dip and hodl. 💎🙌🏽🦍

You guys did nothing for my account. I have been sued for one of the debts you were supposed to be working on. I will file a complaint to the BBB on this as no one will contact me from your office. Very unsatisfied with the way you guys do business. You were supposed to help me I thought?

I would give no star! They are not helpful or on top of anything. I have been in the program for 3 years. I pay a huge payment each month. They do not help. They do not help with court issues. They don’t do much! I would not recommend using this. Scam! Changed my banking info and they didn’t update for 3 months. The hold time is over 4 hours!! No one calls you back. Very poor company.

We can not get in touch with anyone unless we are on hold for hours we were on the phone for over 4 hours the other night trying to get information about our account. Then was told someone would contact us in uw hours. Still have not heard from them and our accounts are not being paid

Spend around 2 1/2 year in the program only one account was pay off after I pay around 23,000.00 call cancel the program a month ago still waiting for whatever was left on the savings account.

A warning DON USE THIS COMPANY. 13 month ago I completed all of my payment to them and I have not yet graduated. I called and Email, but nothing get done. Again this is a warning and if you use this people and get hurt like I did you deserve it.

Scam!! I wrote a bad review and their answer to it was someone would contact me to discuss this. Once again no one has contacted me. Do not get involved with this company!!

This program is a scam! I have been with them since 2018 and nothing was done for me. I had to represent myself in court after giving them almost 8000.00 and still no service at all. Now I am due in court on 04/13/21 and still no call back and service yet looks like I will be representing myself in court again. Where is my money and what are you doing. Oh God help me I need to take them to court and get back all of my money. Remind you before you even get your services you pay them 1st for their services over 8000.00 and then your things get paid and still no services. Im so upset If if I knew I was going to get rip off I should have waited until I went to court and settle it by myself with the creditors.
