What was communicated to me, poor quality of their product is what they expect. They do not stand by their products.

Much worse you CANT Reach a Customer Service Rep on the phone. They will gladly take your $$$MONEY but care less about reaching out to your issues-concerns and questions. I contacted their web site for someone to call me and all I got was an email response. No didnt resolve anything, didnt even address my concerns. I left Verizon due to poor CUSTOMER SERVICE, now ROCKPORT is doing the same Bull Crap to Loyal Customers. I guess I 'll have to buy from someone who Cares.
How the once great brand has fallen
I am a long time Rockport customer and have been very disappointed with the declining quality of their products. I used to buy DressSports for business and they lasted for years. The last few pair of Rockports (sports/walking shoes) have not been as comfortable and have fallen apart far too quickly.

I returned a pair of £300 boots last year and still not received a refund. Rockport have emailed me to confirm they received the boots back and would refund. Everything i get in touch I am told it will be passed on to the accounts team but to no avail. Im currently in the process of going through Ombudsman. This experience is so stressful as £300 is a lot of money. There is no customer service number to speak to someone and emails don't always get responded to. I would highly recommend that you do NOT purchase for Rockport!

Shoes are poorly made and buckled on the sides. I tried numerous times to return and it didn't work. Should have ordered from the website and I am out of 53 dollars. I will never do business with Rockport again, not even in a brick and mortar store. When I first started return, site said that I have until 3/18 to return them. A lie.
Cheap Chinese made rubbish.
Hardly worn boots that have split on the sole after 15 months! I have a pair of American made Rockports that are 30 years old and still going strong.

Less than a year ago
Less than a year ago, I purchased a stylish men's Rockport walking boot (for $150) on the assumption Rockport makes a quality product. WRONG! While I give the shoe model purchased a 5 star rating for style and a 4 star rating for comfort, I ultimately rate this shoe
1 star because after only 5 months of minimum wear,
the rubber soles started coming apart and falling from
the main shoe. With gorilla glue, I kept patching the
soles back to the leather of the shoe, but the deterioration of the shoe soles has continued to the
point where I either now have to spend $90 to have
shoes resoled or buy another brand of shoe. Very
disappointing.
Return
I ordered the wrong item (my fault). I went through the return process. The process is confusing and incomplete. I did not receive a return label. No instruction other than to take it to a "Happy Returns" location.
Tried calling customer service. Open from NOON til 5 - are you kidding? Tried speaking to a live person; they don't offer live people.
I have worn Rockport shoes for 50 years. I had reordered 2 more pairs shoes. After this experience, I cancelled.

My shoes that were rarely worn and kept in my closet with no sun or over heat that they were exposed to.I decided to wear them. I drove to a coffee shop and after get out the car I heard a dragging sound. I looked down at my shoes to see the problem... I found not one shoe but both shoes rubber soles were flapping half way down from the heal end of both shoes.
How outrageous was that? I think their shoes need to have a stamped expiration date on them. That way one could at least have some awareness in advance to prevent the hazard of possible tripping at a given point. The composition of their rubber is substandard as many have seeming experience. Unfortunately if I could I would give their product a negative star.
Terrible product, terrible customer support
Bought a pair of Rockport's similar to these, didn't wear them right away, they sat in the closet for awhile. Then on the second time of wearing them the sole came apart and started disintegrating WHILE I'M APPEMPTIMG TO NAVIGATE AN AIRPORT! When I got back home I contacted Rockport and asked them to stand behind their product. Because I no longer had the receipt they wouldn't stand behind them despite that they are clearly like new!!! I even sent them an image of the newness and the defect. Clearly I will never buy an Rockport shoes ever again. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Do not buy from Rockport.com. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them. The shoes were delivered but didn’t fit well so I wanted to return them. I tried to return them but the website said that the shoes were never delivered and are still processing. The shoes are not still processing I have them. Since the are “processing” I cannot get a return label. I tried calling customer service it’s an AI rep that can’t help. When you try to speak with a representative it says they have no live agents working. I sent an email and get canned responses. No help whatsoever. After trying and trying now my 30 day window to return the shoes has closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Bad customer service
We purchased and received shoes Dec. 13,2025. The shoes were a gift opened Christmas Day December 25,2025. They did not fit and the design not liked. We left for a 3 week vacation right after the holiday. When we returned from vacation I contacted the company for a refund on Jan, 21,2026. Theyvrefused a refund or exchange because it was pass their 30 day policy even though it wasn’t received until Christmas, December 25th. This is very poor customer service and very disappointing. We will not be using this company again.
Shoes were not new.
The shoes were probably a return and resold, date on box 3 years old. They were not new, but no wear or scuffs. Will never do business with them again.
Garbage
Garbage. They are not the Rockport you remember. £295 for boots with misaligned tongues and wrong shape across the foot. I have tried several times to contact Rockport, but they refuse to return my emails. My guess is they found someone to make a bunch of boots for them, sell them and go bust again.
Terrible quality. Buy other boots.
Poor customer service, poor experience
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one pair never arrived, the other pair were too large. Customer service was terrible, I wound up not being able to return my shoes or receive a refund for the pair that never showed up. The info on their end shows that they never sent the one pair of shoes, and I still can't be refunded for them! Very long and frustrating experience. Save your money, time, and sanity and shop elsewhere.
Their customer service is AI that doesnt solve anything
The worst customer service if they even have customer service. I tired to contact them about a missing pair of shoes that I ordered. Instead I was given an AI slop resonse and no further investigation. Had to email them three times and they still never responded except for their bad attempt of a resonse. Had to do a charge back on my credit card.

Rockport hade exempelvis yttersulorna av det billiga porösa materialet "EVA" som snart vittrar sönder eller formas sneda av den kroppshållning man har.

The shoes from this company are good, but never order them from the website! I ordered shoes, they turned out to be too big for me. I returned them the same day. I paid 160 dollars, they should return me 110 dollars! I will never order anything from this website again and I do not advise you to!
