Horrendous! Awful service and even worse contact facilities. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I initially booked for a tattoo and paid £500 up front which was the total cost.

On my first appointment I was finally greeted by my artist who was 40 minutes late. His attitude was stinking and he clearly didn’t want to be there.

His sketch was nothing like what I requested and I asked him to make a very minor edit to which he was angry about. He then refused and sent me home to reschedule my appointment despite having a full day session. I tried to contact head office who didn’t answer the phone. I left an email which was ignored.

I was then automatically rescheduled an appointment via a non contactable text message service. I thought I’d not hold the grudge and went with the flow. An hour prior to my new appointment I received a text from my artist saying the they had ‘printer issues’ so asked if I could come in a bit later on to which I agreed. Five minutes before my new appointment time I received a further text saying that he was stuck in Glasgow and couldn’t make my appointment. Clearly the printer scenario was a lie.

He apologised and provided me with another appointment date. At this point I was highly frustrated as I felt like I was getting messed about. I took time off of my work for each appointment which were all a failure on the company’s behalf.

Finally my appointment date came around again. I attended at the Dundee shop as per my arranged time and date. I was greeted by staff who asked who I was in to see. I said the name Cammy to which they said ‘Oh Cammy isn’t due to work here today’.

There was a ‘breakdown in communication’ so I was sent home with an apology. Yet another failing yet another waste of time. At this time I stated that I had lost trust in the company and requested for my money back. Staff said that they would contact the manager who was not in store to inform him.

It has now been 3 months and I have sent various emails and called the Dundee and Glasgow store a total of 10 times. I’m still in the same position. They have my £500.

I spoke with staff who work the phones and they all continue to say ‘I’ll pass this information to the manager who will get back to you’.

I have received no effort from the company and have no choice but to take legal action as a result of the ignorance.

In my opinion they don’t care about the service they provide or the customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute thief!! Do not give this studio any deposit, please be warned as I wish I knew about the bad reviews before I booked. I’m now £600 out of pocket and no tattoo but this seems to be the normal for this studio, I have since discovered numerous posts warning people of this scammer.

Smooth process from beginning to end, from submitting original designs for what I wanted to the artist on the day showing me the design stencil. The artist, Maciej, was brilliant, talked me through whole process (first tattoo) and made it a relaxing 3 hour session. All in all ouldn't be happier with the service.

Absolutely shocking tattoo parlour they don’t care about the client just the money, there work is good if you don’t mind paying a fortune on more sittings due to the artists waiting time with other clients during your tattoo sitting, also trying to reason with them is absolutely ridiculous too, stay clear of them, loads of other good tattoo artists about who take care and customer satisfaction as there number 1 priority, RNR 💯 don’t

They didn't renew their Skype number so when I bought a new Skype number, I was unlucky enough to end up with it. Despite this being the case, they continue to advertise the number on their web page.

Do NOT use these people. They are a terrible firm with a bad attitude who could not care less.

First emailed them February 2024. Then followed up March 2024. Now it's 12th September and I texted their mobile number. They said the number was not for management and I should just email the same email address I had no response from.

Be careful. They overcharge, take money up front and don’t refund. Management are awful. This place needs to be shut down.

I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to the studio. I was greeted in a friendly manner. Staz the tattoo artist gave me sound advice on the best options for my portrait tattoo. His work was absolutely fantastic, which I can't praise him enough on the portrait work he did for me. I would fully recommend the studio and will be returning in the near future for another one. Its a 5 star for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yet again can’t fault there work popped in to talk about a second piece I would like done after a very nice phone call from parlour as was in hubby decided he’d ask about his a guest artist was the best person for the piece it’s been done very well priced tattoo looks amazing yet again so happy with the results of This parlour I have used a few within Glasgow & tbh this will be the parlour I will continue to use I follow them on social media (have actually unfollowed some) I would advise anyone to do the same because the work is so good parlour is well kept clean tidy & well maintained the front of house staff are very knowledgeable & match you up with the artist best suited.
Would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for new ink definitely head to rock & roll.

I booked x2 day sessions with Rock ‘N’ Roll Tattoo and paid the x2 deposits to secure them. Communication was great via email & WhatsApp until I paid the deposits. After that they would only respond to every other email after about a weeks wait. The night before my first session they emailed and cancelled both sessions, but they did offer a refund and I accepted. However almost a month later and my money still has not been returned.
The stress this has caused is unreal, I shouldn’t have to fight to get my money back after they cancelled the service I had paid a deposit for.

Just don't give them your money. Paid deposit ages ago, never seen my artist because he left. Tried to talk to the owner about the refund but he's never available obviously. They will not respond to your emails either. Read the reviews and go somewhere else.

Happy to take your Money but DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOTCH JOB, RUDE STAFF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After spending £100’s to have a tattoo removed and covered. I didn’t expect the shocking service I received when having my cover done. The person doing the cover wasn’t the same person that did the original consultation. From
The start she was rude and obnoxious, she refused to do the tattoo that was agreed as it “wasn’t something she liked”. I was then sat on a stool that had no support for 5.5 hours and she REFUSED to allow me to go to the TOILET or have any kind of break. She didn’t line or shade so I now have a black blob. I have tried to discuss this with the shop but very rarely do they answer calls. However on the 2 rare occasions I have managed to get a text response they have said they agree the tattoo needs “sorted” (when they seen the picture) and said they know that member of staff “has issues” & will get back to me to arrange something THEN THEY NEVER DO. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME IN GOING TO GLASGOW. Posting on behave of my daughter who was having this done now so she could wear a short sleeved wedding dress.

Drove 100miles on day of appointment and arrived at 11am only to wait in the reception area until 2pm without much information. Finally seen and had 2 hours of tattooing that day. Returned the next day and had 2-3 hours the next day. They charged me 2 full days and took payment in advance. They then acknowledged I had overpaid but after 3 MONTHS still haven't refunded the overpayment. So I paid doubled. I also paid for parking during the 3 hours on day 1 where I sat doing sod all. I would NOT recommend them.

Very welcoming and knowledge staff. Cool collaborations. Love my tatto and peircing from there. Would recommend.

Booked a Tattoo which was 9 months in advance, spoke to shop the day before only to find the artist left 3 months prior

Now won't reply or refund my £500

Absolute scammers. Stole £500 for 2 all day session deposits. Uncontactable for 6 months now.
Avoid company. Disgraceful

Avoid at all cost. Paid for a full day then the artist left. The studio didn’t tell me and I found out through the artist’s Instagram. Had to go through the small claims court and eventually pay to have sheriff court officers go to the studio to get the money.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A STUDIO IN SOUTHAMPTON BUT STILL TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED IT

Great service. I went in for a tattoo with Joanne, who is an apprentice, and she was brilliant. She looked at my suggested image of what I wanted and showed me various versions and sizes of the tattoo that she designed and it was exactly what I wanted. She listened to me when were discussing placement. She made sure I had a privacy screen as I had to remove my jeans, and she checked in on me during the tattoo to make sure I was comfortable and ok. She was a delight to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to let her ink me again. Booking in was easy, they actually called me to offer me a cancellation which was for the next day. My appt was on time and everyone in the studio was friendly. This is my second time being tattooed here and I cant fault the service at all. Booking in my third with them shortly

Don’t use any other studio. Great staff very friendly! Always happy with the work that’s been done
